A father is accused of trying to hire someone to rape his 11-year-old daughter while he watched, it emerged today. Police arrested 32-year-old suspect Anthony Brinkman, from Missouri, at a Cracker Barrel in St Louis after an undercover operation lured him to the restaurant.
