Intelligence levels have fallen in all Scandinavian countries, including Norway and Denmark, according to an analysis. The study was conducted by James Flynn, a leading researcher of intelligence quotient (IQ) measurement, writes Norwegian news agency NTB. IQ in the Scandinavian countries had been on the up for decades, but the trend has now been reversed, according to a report published by journal Intelligence. Measures taken as part of the study have shown that, in Norway, fewer people are reaching higher levels of mathematical and linguistic ability. The trend is similarly prominent in both Denmark and Norway and even more so...

Obama became annoyed... President Obama’s favorite journalist Jeffrey Goldberg made headlines in Israel when The Atlantic published his latest article about the President. Ancient DNA Reveals Lack Of Continuity Between Neolithic Hunter-Gatherers And Contemporary Scandinavians September 24, 2009. The company has 50 non-anonymous donors whose sperm has been frozen and will be ready for shipping over the next few months. Many of the refugees have lived as nomads and for them the camels are domesticated animals and a source of milk, meat, hide and wool. But the UDI has refused to earmark funds for the creative project, and the Løten camel...

A proposal for a scandinavian club at my old High School was rejected by the student senate last year. When I probed my friend (the club's founder) for a reason why, he said that the student senate thought that a scandinavian club would create a rivalry, or "tension" with the already-existing Black Student Union. The club was not meant to counter the BSU in any way, unlike some recent cases, but to be a place where 20 or so scandinavian and non-scandinavian students could experience the culture.
