    City firefighters battled both a fire and what was described as an out-of-control crowd at a house fire late Saturday night. Firefighters were called at about 11:15 p.m. to the Joe Hall residence at 514 Walker St. Interim city Fire Chief Sheila Butterbaugh said a crowd of 25 to 30 was already on the scene when firefighters arrived and added that the group of people doubled within minutes.
