MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough heaped praise on former Vice President Joe Biden on Friday for his speech at the Democratic National Convention accepting the party’s 2020 presidential nomination. Scarborough said the speech was “Reagan-esque” and followed his themes of “a better day ahead” and “the belief that America’s best days are yet to come.” The host added the positive theme in Biden’s speech “will stand in the starkest of contrast” from President Donald Trump.

Washington — President Trump lashed out at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute and Fox News on Sunday after the presidential foundation requested his campaign and the Republican National Committee stop using former President Ronald Reagan's likeness to fundraise. "So the Washington Post is running the Reagan Foundation, and RINO Paul Ryan is on the Board of Fox, which has been terrible," Mr. Trump tweeted. Being a government planner in a free society should be almost as unrewarding aa being a freethinker in a fascist state.
