A Mississippi woman is being accused of killing her newborn baby by leaving the child in a toilet, possibly because she did not want more children. The Starkville Daily News reports Latice Fisher, 32, of Starkville, Mississippi, allegedly told a nurse that she did not want another child and knew about her pregnancy at least a month before she gave birth.
