A New Jersey gym that defied the governor's stay-at-home restrictions by opening for business, was shut down by the state's Department of Health on Thursday. Bellmawr-based Atilis Gym, which rallied against Gov. Phil Murphy’s executive order to stay closed amid the coronavirus pandemic, reportedly had a sewage problem on Wednesday that caused members to leave the facility. Ohio's COVID-19 lockdown is illegal, a state judge ruled today, because it exceeds the powers granted by the statute under which it was imposed.
