Through the first full week of general election early voting in 2016, the numbers are looking a lot like 2012. With some rural tallies from Friday still uncounted, Democrats hold a lead of about 28,500 votes over Republicans, according to the Nevada secretary of state’s website. That number will likely drop slightly once all of the counties have reported as the rural counties lean Republican. Democrats held a lead of 28,652 after the first week in 2012.... And despite the raw-vote lead for Democrats statewide and in Clark County, the state went GOP for the Senate (Dean Heller) and 3rd...

These are turbulent times. More and more Americans express frustration and disillusionment today with the political institutions that govern the nation. They clamor for an alternative to the incestuous and pernicious atmosphere dominating the capital. They see a vast array of lobbyists, elected officials and entrenched interests manipulating the levers of power for their own enrichment at the expense of ordinary citizens. The discontent isn’t confined by ideology or political philosophy. As Donald Trump confounded the pundit class in ignoring convention and protocol on his way to securing the Republican presidential nomination, a long-time socialist generated throngs of enthusiastic supporters...

A "wall" of taco trucks will be erected outside the Trump International Las Vegas hotel before the final presidential debate there on Wednesday night. The Culinary Union, an adversary of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, is going to “build” a wall of taco trucks at the hotel, according to BuzzFeed News. Trump’s hotel is located just a few miles from the site of the debate at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. “We’re reminding Mr. Trump that immigrant workers here and across the country will be watching the debate and voting in November,” Yvanna Cancela, political director for the union, said....

A Senate candidate was booed and jeered as he publicly disavowed his support for Donald Trump and asked the Republican nominee to step down on Saturday. Speaking at a campaign event, Nevada Republican Rep. Joe Heck — who is currently running to replace Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid — said he could no longer support Trump due to the nominee’s past behavior and comments. RENO, Nevada (CNN) -- A man who said he was representing the "alt-right" and embraced the label of "neo-Nazi" was shouted down by Donald Trump supporters at a rally here Wednesday night. Brady Garrett, 25, was holding up signs during the rally that said "Research Holocaust Revisionism" and "1488," the latter of which is a combination of numbers emblematic of Nazism and white supremacy. He was escorted out of the event by Trump security. Talking to reporters after the rally, Garrett said the United States needs "to put European Americans first" and disparaged Zionists. Garrett confirmed that he was a...

Trump has a very good chance of winning 265 electoral votes by winning the following states, FL, NC, OH, IA, AZ and NV. His problem comes in that he needs to add one more state from the following list. CO, NH, WI, MI, NM or ME. The Reuters/Ipsos polls have some good news for Trump on both sides of the equation. In both Nevada and Colorado, their most recent finding shows Trump two points up. Trump is leading 44 to 42 in Nevada and 45 to 43 in Colorado. Trump is also drawing to a tie in Wisconsin and Michigan...

The National Rifle Association has bought its largest television advertising bloc to date for a spot supporting Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, according to multiple media reports. The NRA will spend $6.5 million on an ad featuring a woman who fought off an attacker in a parking garage by wielding the pistol she carries in her purse. The woman, Kristi McMains, looks into the camera and praises Trump for supporting the Second Amendment. "Every woman has a right to own a gun if she chooses. Hillary Clinton disagrees with that," McMains says. "Donald Trump supports my right to own a...

OK, no excerpt. The bottom line is this: Illary used her Machine to keep Jill Stein off the ballot in Nevada, and the Greenies are MADDER THAN HELL about it. Basically, the Hilliarites planted an operative into the Stein ballot qualification signature-collecting process, and the operative submitted a bunch of phony signatures. When Stein's people submitted all their signatures, they had a 90% validation rate - except for this person's group. The pro-Hillary Secretary of State sprang, and refused to allow Stein on the ballot. They appealed, and the SoS slow-walked it, finally submitting the appeal to an 0bama-appointed, Reid...
