WASHINGTON, March 15, 2006 – Arabs throughout the Middle East are taking note of Iraq's extraordinary march toward democracy, the commander of U.S. Central Command said here yesterday. "It's interesting when I go around the rest of the Arab world; everybody wants to talk about Iraqi politics," Army Gen.
