The wife of fugitive La Shish restaurant owner Talal Chahine has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and naturalization fraud. She is accused of faking a marriage to gain U.S. citizenship and serving as a reference for her sister, Nada Nadim Prouty. Chahine is charged with tax evasion and believed to be in Lebanon.
