A rabbi was stabbed Friday night in a Paris synagogue by an unknown assailant who fled, Israel Radio reported. According to the radio the assailant stabbed Rabbi Gabriel Farhi in the stomach, shouting "Allah Wakbar" before running away. Farhi, who was lightly wounded, was treated at a hospital, before being released. Farhi told the radio that this was not the first time he or his family had been threatened and that very morning he had received a threat. Paris police are investigating the incident.
