    I found a international moneygram money order in the parking lot in a busy shopping plaza.There is no name, address, or other information on it. There is a dollar amount printed on .     MoneyGram International Inc. is moving its global headquarters to Dallas from St. Louis Park. The company’s executive staff will move to Dallas and there will be new hires there as well.
