Pulaski County Sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing man. According to Sheriff Jim Davis, 24-year-old Anthony "Tony" Locke was last seen walking from his home in the 4900 block of Old Robinson Tract Road, in Pulaski, this past Wednesday, January 25th. Locke's family tells the sheriff's office that Tony suffers from depression, and they are "very concerned" about his welfare. The family added that Locke has a father and two sisters who live in Florida, and he may try to travel there without extra clothes or money.

MILWAUKEE - Oshkosh, Wis., police on Monday confirmed they had positively identified the body of a man believed to be the 21-year-old son of Green Bay Packers' offensive coordinator Joe Philbin. Oshkosh police spokesman Joseph Nichols said the identity of the person, whose body was pulled from the Fox River near the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus, was not being released pending official notification and wishes of the family. FORT LEWIS, Wash – More than 100 soldiers were on lockdown Sunday after "sensitive" military equipment was stolen from a base in Fort Lewis, Wash. MARSHVILLE, NC (WBTV) - A teen missing for nearly 4 years returned home to Union County Tuesday and told her mother she had been living with her boyfriend in Chicago. The girl, who was 16-years-old when she went missing, did not come home from Forest Hills High School on April 21, 2008, Union County Sheriff's officials said. A missing girl may be in the company of a former Bedford County school resource officer. Authorities are looking for Audrey Marie McCombs. She is 16 and from Bedford County. Investigators believe she may be in the company of Earnest Grubbs. Mr. Grubbs, a former Bedford County Sheriffs deputy, is on bond awaiting prosecution on numerous felony charges in Bedford County. Grubbs was a school resource officer at Liberty High School. He was fired after being accused of having inappropriate contact with a student at Liberty High School.

The FBI has joined the search for a 2-year-old Washington state boy who was last seen by his mother inside a parked car. Sky Metalwala was reported missing Sunday morning after his mother discovered him missing from her car in Bellevue, Wash. The child's mother told police that she had run out of gas and left the boy buckled into his car seat while she and her 4-year-old daughter walked to a Chevron gas station, about a mile away. The foreign ministry is apparently aware of the disappearance but can do little, given the closed nature of stalinist North Korea. Van der Bijl runs a stamp shop in Utrecht and has visited North Korea on numerous occasions looking for postage stamps and propaganda artwork. His family have not heard from him for two weeks and are extremely worried.
