Racist Racist! Yawn! I am beginning to believe there is no more overused and abused word in the English language. The most recent example is the flap over football/political commentator Rush Limbaugh's statements about Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb. So what did the man say that left me wondering if I should roll my eyes or roll over and take a nap out of the sheer boredom the accusation generates? Here's the quote made during ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown "I think what we've had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a...

KDKA radio Pittsburgh - the Rush outlet here - is blasting him this morning. Larry Richert..even sports guy Goose Goslin. They're slamming him all over the place....talking up the alleged addiction to drugs...saying his career is over...very happy about it. Not only that they're blasting anyone who listens to Rush...the dittoheads...anyone who thinks his comment on Mcnabb wasn't racist. Goose is saying Rush should get piled on...he's done it to everyone else (implying x42 & dems) but they couldn't respond. Time Rush gets a taste of his own medicine...can't handle it...career going down over one stupid remark... Makes ya want...

Federal environmental regulators have denied that the fine for a Penrose metal stamping plant, alleged to have violated hazardous waste rules, will reach $1.5 billion, as stated by the owner. Officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday called the enormous estimate by American Carolina Stamping owner Steve McNabb absurd and said they had not yet figured what the company's fine could be for alleged hazardous waste violations stemming from a 1999 raid on the plant off U.S. 64 West near the Transylvania County line. McNabb said earlier this week that according to a Sept. 4 complaint and compliance...
