Authorities in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left a man dead on Sunday afternoon. It happened on the 300 block of Laurel Street around 4:15 p.m. when Lancaster City police officers arrived for a domestic disturbance call. A 53-year-old man was arrested for setting a pile of leaves on fire near the Clackamas County Community Solutions building on Friday. A Clackamas County Probation officer saw smoke coming from the steps of the building and Sammy Piatt standing near the fire, according to Oregon City Police.
