A 53-year-old man was arrested for setting a pile of leaves on fire near the Clackamas County Community Solutions building on Friday.
A Clackamas County Probation officer saw smoke coming from the steps of the building and Sammy Piatt standing near the fire, according to Oregon City Police. A probation officer detained Piatt and another used an extinguisher to put out the fire.
The fire was about 10 feet from the building but did not cause any damage.
Piatt admitted to lighting the leaves on fire and was arrested without incident. He was booked into the Clackamas County Jail and charged with arson II and a probation violation. The mainstream media refuse to acknowledge that arsonists are causing at least some of the fires and even label every news about arsonists as fake news.
In Oregon, another disaster was prevented thanks to our second amendment.
A woman caught an arsonist on her property and used her second amendment rights to stop him!

Even if the mainstream media doesn’t report about arson the arsonists are real and four have been arrested on suspicion of arson in West Coast areas already under seige from major destructive and deadly blazes, according to reports.
As wildfires continue to rage across three states, police investigated separate incidents near existing wildfires. Two men in Washington state, one man in Oregon, and one woman in California are facing charges.
In any case, this brave patriot did the right job by stopping this madman.
Don't anyone tell us that this isn't ANTIFA at work.

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) in Oregon announced in a Facebook post on Sept. 1 that it had arrested 44-year-old Elias Newton Pendergrass on a first-degree arson charge in connection with the Sweet Creek Fires.
On Tuesday, a suspect ignited two brush fires in Oregon’s Dexter State Recreation Area, KMTR reported.
Police in Spokane, Washington, arrested 36-year-old Christine Comello for allegedly starting at least two fires in the area, KHQ reported.
Comello also had an active warrant for reckless burning and burglary, which was tied to a prior incident involving her allegedly setting fires at a Spokane Valley business several weeks earlier, according to YakTriNews.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) District 1 Public Information Officer Trooper Ryan Burke announced in a tweet on Wednesday that officers from multiple jurisdictions apprehended a 36-year-old man for setting a fire in the median of SR-167 in Puyallup. The Gateway Pundit identified the suspect as Jeffrey Accord, a local Black Lives Matter activist.
In California, highway patrol troopers arrested 37-year-old Anita Esquivel for allegedly starting an unspecified number of fires in the area of Highway 101 near Boronda Road at about 9 a.m. on Monday, KION reported.
According to the FBI those sources can't be trusted. Qanon or some such people.
It is the democrat party starting the riots and the fires. They want to destroy the United States.
The edict has been given by the left cabal to start the fire storms.
In Alaska it’s legal to use deadly force against a person committing arson on an occupied structure.

It should be legal in every state and not just occupied structure. ANY arson.

These people are not criminals. They are an existential threat to civilization. They should be shot on sight.
90% of all wildfires and forest fires are human caused, accidental, unintentional, and deliberate. Arsonists setting fires is nothing new.
Next time, use bullets to stop the arsonist.
I believe it’s legal to use deadly force to stop arson in an occupied structure in Arizona as well.
When I got done outside this evening and was pulling my boots off and visiting with the cats on the back porch my wife came out breathlessly telling me about the news of the fires and homes burned and the police ambush.
I asked her if the news also told about the arsonists that have been arrested or the blm antifa protests outside the hospital and chants for death to the officers that were inside fighting for their lives.
Crickets. Not one word of any of this on the news. She and the hired hand are my barometers of the near common man and just how poorly informed they are. Most of the things we discuss here on FR are greek to them by the time they are old news to us if they get the information at all.
In Western Washington near where we live there have been three serious fires caused by arson in the last few days. Our nearly worthless state attorney general was on television announcing that anyone caught setting more of these fires would be getting a minumum of five years. Of course all of this went right over the head of our good Governor Dimsley who has claimed repeatedly that all the fires have been caused by global warming.
How long did it take for the police to arrive?
