Will allegations of domestic abuse against DNC vice chairman Keith Ellison hurt the Democratic Party ahead of this fall’s midterm elections? DNC chairman Tom Perez says “no.” With three contributing to the story, (the AP reports) Perez’s assurance yesterday that allegations of domestic abuse against Ellison would not hurt the party ahead of this fall’s midterm elections. “Yet four days after the first public accusation of physical and emotional abuse emerged against Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison,” they add, “other would-be allies across the nation were far less certain.” Warning: Don’t make Ellison mad while we sort this out. [snip]Here’s the...

Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison scored a victory Tuesday night in the Minnesota primary race for the state's attorney general days after domestic abuse accusations against him surfaced. Ellison, who serves as the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee and is the first Muslim elected to Congress, was accused over the weekend of emotional and physical abuse by an ex-girlfriend. It will be most interesting to see how the Media and the Democrat Party treat the Vice Chairman of the DNC, now that Keith Ellison is an alleged sex abuser of multi women. It will also be most interesting to see how Ellison is treated if he wins his primary election this evening for Minnesota Attorney General, by his own Democrat Party and the Media. After all, he and Judge Roy Moore are cut from the same cloth...both alleged, sex abusers. It will be fun to watch....stay tuned...folks!!!

Now this… A second Minnesota woman accused Rep. Keith Ellison of domestic violence. And a police 911 report confirms the incident thanks to work of Laura Loomer!

Before Karen Monahan, Rep. Keith Ellison's current accuser came forward, another woman, Amy Alexander had accused the first Muslim congressman of physical assault and emotional abuse. The media quickly took Ellison's side, Ellison denied the affair and a judge ordered her not to discuss the relationship. As I wrote in today's article, there are some interesting similarities between the two cases. (Thank you to Bosch Fawstin for the amazing art.) Like Monahan, Amy Alexander was an EJAM volunteer. Also like her, she first met Ellison at one of his talks and he impressed her with his passion and political commitments....

The Democratic National Committee has yet to speak up about the disturbing domestic abuse charges against its deputy chair Keith Ellison, which have come to light just a few days before the Minnesota primary for attorney general. The silence has not gone unnoticed. First of all, former White House Press Secretaries Ari Fleischer and Sean Spicer want to know what's up with the double standard. Where is the media on this? Is it because Ellison, a Minnesota representative who has served in Congress for six terms now, is a Democrat?

**SNIP** “One night I confronted him very calm about a lie he had just told me straight to my face. What happened next was a rage that I had never witnessed to that magnitude. He was becoming a person I had never seen before. The next morning, he came into the room I was sleeping in. I was laying across the bed with my headphones on, listening to podcast on my phone. He said he was about to leave town for the weekend and told me to take the trash out. Given the explosive outrage that occurred the night before,...

WASHINGTON -- A former Michigan state legislator is poised to become the first Muslim woman elected to Congress after emerging on top of a crowded Democratic primary Tuesday night to fill the seat vacated by Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.). Conyers, the sixth-longest serving member of Congress given his election in 1965, resigned in December due to sexual harassment and his use of taxpayer money to settle a harassment claim. His western Detroit district is all but a lock for Dems, as Republicans didn't put forth a candidate. Rashida Tlaib, a Palestinian-American and socialist Dem in the mold of Sen. Bernie...

No fewer than 60 organizations branded "hate groups" or otherwise attacked by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) are considering legal action against the left-wing smear factory, a Christian legal nonprofit leader confirmed to PJ Media on Tuesday. He suggested that the $3 million settlement and apology the SPLC gave to Maajid Nawaz and his Quilliam Foundation on Monday would encourage further legal action. "We haven't filed anything against the SPLC, but I think a number of organizations have been considering filing lawsuits against the SPLC, because they have been doing to a lot of organizations exactly what they did...

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Rep. Keith Ellison asked himself the question that lingers over his political career before any of the 1,000-plus supporters at his recent rally could: Why was he leaving the safe congressional district he’s represented for more than a decade to run for state attorney general? “Attorneys general all over this country led the fight against this Muslim ban,” he said to raucous applause. “It is attorneys general that are fighting and suing to protect an open internet.” A year after falling short in his bid to chair the Democratic National Committee and with his party stuck...

Last week, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, wrote to Amazon.com’s Jeff Bezos , demanding that he no longer sell at Amazon any material that the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) dislikes. Yes, it has come to this. Ellison’s letter to Bezos focuses on an alleged neo-Nazi’s material being sold at Amazon and published through Amazon’s self-publishing service. However, Ellison makes clear that his intentions are far more sweeping, particularly with his opening gambit: I am writing to you with my concerns about the amount of money Amazon has made from the sale...

The mainstream press is ignoring a report from Big League Politics contributor Laura Loomer about Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), who is running for Minnesota Attorney General without a law license. “As your next attorney general, I will be a people’s lawyer who will hold those in power accountable when they step on your rights — whether that’s Monsanto telling you how to raise your crops, Navient cheating student loan borrowers out of more money, or the federal government infringing upon health care, a woman’s right to choose, or the human and civil rights of all,” Ellison wrote in The Minneapolis...

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, has filed papers to run for Minnesota attorney general. Ellison, also the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee, filed Tuesday just hours ahead of a deadline. Ellison will keep his post with the national party. Ellison is in his sixth term representing a reliably Democratic Minneapolis-area seat. But he was lured into Minnesota's attorney general race after the incumbent, Lori Swanson, jumped into the governor's race on Monday. Ellison says it was attorneys general who led the fight against President Donald Trump's ban on travelers...

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) is expected to make a last-minute entry into the race for Minnesota attorney general on Tuesday, according to two people familiar with his plans. “I will make a decision tomorrow because it’s the filling deadline,” Ellison said, not disputing that he is likely to enter the election. Ellison has been in Congress since 2007, and served as deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee since last year, as a leader of the Bernie Sanders wing of the party. But he’s been chafing for months at both roles: being in the minority in Congress and being subsumed...
