AN Indian student was racially vilified and assaulted by a pair of construction workers while working part-time as a cab driver - but both will walk free. Dean James Cooper, 20, and Robert Lee Kleyn, 26, pleaded guilty in a Brisbane District Court charged with assault occasioning bodily harm in company and stealing.
