Republican lawmakers introduce resolution opposing the COVID 19 vaccination of Guantanamo Bay 'terrorists' before regular Americans. A vaccination program had been expected to begin on Monday at the maximum security detention camp at the United States Naval Station in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, which houses some of world's most infamous terrorists including the suspected 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Terry Adirim, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, signed the order Wednesday, to vaccinate the detainees to make it easier for federal prosecutors to move forward with war crimes hearings during the pandemic, Fox News reported.

We remain committed to our obligations to keep our troops safe,' Kirby wrote on Twitter.

WASHINGTON - The oldest prisoner at the Guantanamo Bay detention center went to his latest review board hearing with a degree of hope, something that has been scarce during his 16 years locked up without charges at the U.S. base in Cuba. Saifullah Paracha, a 73-year-old Pakistani with diabetes and a heart condition, had two things going for him that he didn’t have at previous hearings: a favorable legal development and the election of Joe Biden. President Donald Trump had effectively ended the Obama administration’s practice of reviewing the cases of men held at Guantanamo and releasing them if imprisonment...

Gitmo (finally) being prepped to receive new prisoners! For nearly three years, there have been reports and rumors of millions of dollars being spent at Guantanamo Bay Naval Station (aka "Gitmo") to receive new U.S. prisoners -- tried in military courts under the UCMJ. During that time, the current Detention Area (at lower right [east], above) has been under regular "OHI" (OverHead Imagery) surveilllance. Despite debunked false propaganda, the last visible Detention Area change was in 2011 -- when an exercise yard was added. But, recently, surveillance has detected construction activity at the far left [west] end of the...

Starting off the music some women I was infatuated with in my fantasy world back in my youth and the reality slap to the face of my vanity and ego from the late great Jim Croce a short life with some great music left behind.... I fantasized that I was someone much greater than myself to deal with reality through decades of my life and wanting to be someone big can lead to something awful. A convicted killed said this when he appeared before a parole board last month.... "I assassinated him....because he was very, very, very famous and that's...

The Chinese coronavirus pandemic has once again delayed the long-awaited death penalty trial of the self-professed 9/11 mastermind and his four co-conspirators held at the U.S. military prison in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, the judge handling the cases revealed recently. Justice remains elusive nearly two decades after the jihadis executed the attack that left about 3,000 people dead and over 6,000 injured, marking the deadliest assault on U.S. soil. U.S. officials charged the late Osama bin Laden’s close ally Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) alongside his nephew, Ammar al-Baluchi, accused hijacking trainer Walid bin Attash, facilitator Ramzi bin al-Shibh, and al-Qaeda money...

China refuses to take back thousands of Chinese citizens stranded in the U.S. illegally, many of whom have committed violent crimes, the South China Morning Post reported on Friday. As many as tens of thousands of Chinese nationals are currently stuck in the U.S. because China refuses to repatriate them. In 2015, U.S. immigration authorities estimated that 38,000 Chinese citizens were awaiting deportation, 900 people among them classified as violent offenders. While many of the people awaiting deportation to China have committed serious crimes, others are guilty of lesser infractions, such as overstaying their visas or breaking traffic laws, according...

Martin Gugino, 75, was shoved while approaching riot police in Buffalo causing him to stumble backwards and hit his head, resulting in a melt-down of intense fury on social media. Far from being an innocent old man as being portrayed by some, it turns out that Gugino is a longtime hard left agitator. At the time of this writing, it appears that Guginos Facebook and Twitter accounts have been deleted. The accounts, which were researched by RAIR Foundation USA, revealed a seasoned leftist activist who had a self-described “obsession” with Cuba. Gugino has ties to radical socialist Catholic Worker Movement,...

Federal prosecutors have declined to charge former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, closing an investigation into whether he lied to federal officials about his involvement in a news media disclosure, McCabe’s legal team said Friday. The decision resolves a criminal investigation that spanned more than a year and began with a referral from the Justice Department’s inspector general, which said McCabe repeatedly lied about having authorized a subordinate to share information with a newspaper reporter for a 2016 article about an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. McCabe’s lawyers said in a statement they were told in a phone call...
