Before we embrace the news coverage of Peter Townshend's "bust", I'd like to pose a few questions that trouble me here:1) Aren't crimes in this area of law typically defined as requiring and/or involving "distribution" and "creation" as the core elements? 2) Townsend PURCHASED via a credit card -- he didn't sell or otherwise distribute.
