Before I go any further, understand that I am a staunch Republican, voted for Reagan twice, and plan to vote for George W. Bush in November. And yes, I admire FDR. This weekend I read a thread about which presidents would be honored if we could create a second Mount Rushmore. Obviously Ronald Reagan's name came up, and I heartily agree.
