A high-ranking federal law enforcement official confirmed a photo of what is believed to be the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. The official told FOX 25 the man in the white hat will be identified as suspect #2 at a 5 p.m. press conference Thursday. The picture also shows what appears to be a backpack on the ground matching the description of the bag used in the bombings.
