A 5.1 magnitude earthquack rattled Northern New York this morning around 6:00AM EST. The epicenter was Approximately 15 Miles southwest of Plattsburgh, NY, in Clinton county. Several smaller aftershocks were recorded minutes after, with the main quack lasting 20-25 seconds. No deaths or major injuries at this time, although several roads have collapsed and all bridges throughout the county will be inspected by DOT officials. more as it comes........
