Democratic presidential hopefuls Joe Lieberman and Bob Graham Friday addressed Latino leaders at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials' annual meeting in Phoenix. Sens. Lieberman and Graham spoke to the Phoenix conference via satellite and both Democrats criticized President Bush's economic policies and tax cuts. Lieberman said he supported a worker permit program for Mexican migrants, as well as earned legal status for law-abiding, tax-paying illegal immigrants.
