Breitbart News has just received reports from citizen journalists in Ohio that two precinct election judges were removed by Hamilton County Director of Elections for allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots. According to the individuals, one of those precinct election judges was removed as an election judge at Precinct 13d, located at the Pentecostal Church in Cincinnati. People who were not registered were allowed to illegally "same day register," meaning they were told to sign the voter book, after which they were given a regular ballot, not a provisional ballot. These people then voted and it was machine counted. Observers...

A poll worker in North Carolina has been accused of telling people to vote Democrat. Ken Sharpe, of High Point, NC, told Fox News that he was waiting in line to vote when he noticed a poll worker approach a woman who needed help. The incident occurred at the Springfield Friends Church polling station in the city’s third ward. Sharpe said he watched as the worker showed the woman where the Obama button was – along with all the other Democrats on the ticket. “She was pushing the buttons he told her to push,” Sharpe said. “This is pretty shady.”...

The Community Voters Project is a "non-partisan" lefty organization whose mission is to register people to vote, with a particular emphasis on minorities. In the 2008 election, they had offices in 10 states and registered around 300,000 minority voters. So far, so good. This year, however, it seems they aren't registering everyone who wants to vote. Outside a CVP office in Philadelphia, for example, they shredded and threw away numerous registration forms. A number of these were for people trying to register as a Republican. A citizen-journalist came across a large bag of trash outside the CVP office in Philadelphia....

The Colorado Secretary of State's Office is investigating after some Pueblo voters say voting machines switched their pick from Mitt Romney to Barack Obama. The Pueblo County Republican Party said they've heard of more than a dozen reports of the problem. One voter, who didn't want to use her name, told KRDO Newschannel 13 that when she hit the touchscreen for Romney, a check mark appeared next to Obama's name. She said she asked for help to fix the problem, but still feels unsure about her vote. "I wonder where my vote really counted," she said. ... The machine voting...

My wife had some of her girlfriends over today when I was out of the house. Later, my wife told me that one of her liberal friend was bragging about how she is registered to vote at three addresses and regularly votes three times, including in the current election. She didn't say for who, but we all know she is a liberal. We live in the SF Bay area. The friend in question moved here from New York a few years ago and is probably registered in NY, plus at two addresses here in Calif. The question is, what can...

Dozens of voters in Pueblo County, Colorado have claimed electronic voting machines have changed their votes for Mitt Romney to votes for President Barack Obama. The Pueblo County Republican Party has asked the Colorado Secretary of State's office to investigate the matter. A voter told KRDO Newschannel 13 that a checkmark appeared next to Obama's name after she cast her vote for Romney. "I wonder where my vote really counted," she stated. Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder Gilbert Ortiz admitted he was aware of "fewer than ten instances" of votes being switched and conceded such errors have occurred since the...

Continuing to face down questions as to why the U.S. Justice Department went easy on prosecuting members of the New Black Panther Party who stood armed with nightsticks outside a Philadelphia polling location during the 2008 presidential election, Attorney General Eric Holder expressed his personal frustration over the criticism that race played a role. During a hearing of a House Appropriations subcommittee Tuesday, Rep. John Culberson, R-Texas, accused Holder’s DOJ of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the decision to dismiss the case. Holder seemed to take personal offense when Culberson read comments from former Democratic...

Editor’s Note: This piece was co-authored by Ken Blackwell.A situation involving voter intimidation caught on tape has now exploded, as a Justice Department lawyer resigns to be able to tell the truth to the American people that the Obama-Holder Justice Department is allowing voting-rights violations to go unpunished for political reasons. Those responsible must be made to answer for their betrayal of the public trust. The Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has a noble mission: Make sure that no eligible citizen is denied their rights, especially the right to vote. That mandate has a special...

The Ramsey County attorney's office has charged 30 people with election fraud in connection with the 2008 general election, a top official there said Monday. The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation that included 746 referrals, mostly from an election reform-minded conservative group, Minnesota Majority. The investigation currently occupies four taxpayer-funded staffers within the county attorney's office, with Phil Carruthers, director of the prosecutions division, saying he wants to add two or three part-time investigators. "It's a huge project," Carruthers said. The news surfaced after long-standing, and largely discredited, allegations that Minnesota's 2008 U.S. Senate election was tainted...

Many thought SNL alum Al Franken’s bid for the US Senate was a joke in 2008. That was until the votes came in and there was a virtual tie between Franken and then-Senator Norm Coleman. The contested Minnesota race took months and many legal battles before courts finally ruled Franken as their new Senator. It now appears his nomination was not only a joke, but his election was pushed over the top by the illegal votes of felons. Not surprisingly Fox News is one of the only folks out there reporting on a new finding by Minnesota Majority showing that...

These are the people President Obama and Eric Holder are defending. These are the people whom Obama counts on for support. These are the people that intimidated people into not voting, yet Holder and Obama refuse to prosecute. These are the people that say the black man will have to kill some of "them babies". These......are Obama's people. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mN67KJdd6Mw&feature=player_embedded

Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez told the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on Friday there was "insufficient evidence" to bring a civil complaint against members of the New Black Panther Party who disrupted a Philadelphia polling place in the 2008 general elections... The commission began an investigation into the New Black Panther Party case after the civil complaint was dismissed, trying to determine if political interference led to the dismissal. Several commission members also have been angry over what they have called the Justice Department's refusal to turn over documents or to make witnesses available to be interviewed. The...

An attempt to hijack the state's election laws and open the door for voter fraud failed at the last minute this week in Wisconsin's legislature. But threats to ballot integrity continue in other states, and Congress may rush to pass ill-conceived legislation this year that would only sow confusion and increase the potential for chaos on a national level. Wisconsin's story shows how high the stakes are. Late in March, a 72-page bill was suddenly introduced and rushed forward with only abbreviated hearings. The bill would have given "nationally recognized" community organizing groups access to the state driver's license database...

The Democrats are out to weaken voter ID laws, despite the lessons we should have learned during the election of 2000. Politics: Didn't Acorn, the corrupt community organizer, get its federal funding yanked after its last scandal? Actually, no. Through municipal middlemen, it's poised to rake in another $4 billion. Where is the outrage? You'd think a group implicated in dozens of electoral fraud cases, theft of funds and, most recently, helping criminals interested in bringing child prostitutes to the U.S. would have been ruled ineligible for federal aid long ago. But think again, because these aid rats are experts at survival. FrontPage magazine reports that federal Judge Nina Gershon ruled that Acorn is eligible for the Obama administration's proposed $4...
