A 16-year-old student at Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina, faced a three-day suspension last week, the Carolina Journal reported. The cause? His use of the term ‘illegal alien’ during a vocabulary assignment in English class. The Carolina Journal has omitted the teenager’s name due to his minor status and in order to safeguard his privacy. Similarly, The Gateway Pundit has also chosen not to disclose the student’s identity. Leah McGhee, the mother of the student, reported that the vocabulary exercise included the word ‘alien’. Trying to clarify, her son inquired, “Like space aliens or illegal aliens without...

The billionaire George Soros has donated $60 million to Democracy PAC, a super political action committee he uses to support Democrats, the second-biggest campaign donation in the 2024 election cycle. A nonprofit founded and funded by Soros gave cash to boost the campaigns of congressional Democrats, pro-choice campaigners and black candidates in down-ballot races, a filing with the Federal Election Commission shows. Democracy PAC spread $21 million to a dozen super PACs in the first quarter, including $4 million donations to both the House Majority PAC and the Senate Majority PAC.

FIRST ON FOX -- Americans who rely on evening newscasts from ABC, CBS or NBC for information are likely unaware that elected officials going after former President Trump are Democrats, according to a new study from the Media Research Center. "The network coverage of the Trump prosecutions routinely and fraudulently implies that they are nonpartisan public officials. It’s Trump versus the New York Attorney General, or the Manhattan District Attorney. They’re not just Democrats, they’re elected Democrats, building a career on taking down Trump. Leaving that out of the story is irresponsible," NewsBusters executive editor Tim Graham told Fox News...

Colorado House Democrats passed “assault weapons” ban legislation Sunday to prohibit the sale of AR-15s and certain 9mm pistols. On March 20, 2024, Breitbart News reported that the legislation, HB24-1292, bans 9mm pistols that have threaded barrels and accept a detachable magazine. Moreover, the text of HB24-1292 makes clear that a semiautomatic handgun of any caliber would be banned if it takes a detachable magazine and has a threaded barrel.

Roughly a third of Democrat voters revealed that they feel President Joe Biden should be “tougher” on Israel, according to a recent poll. A Politico/Morning Consult poll conducted between April 5 and 7, which surveyed 6,004 registered voters, found that 33 percent of Democrat voters felt that Biden has not been “tough enough on Israel” in regards to the Israel and Hamas war, while eight percent felt that he has been “too tough.” Meanwhile, 42 percent of Democrat voters expressed that they felt Biden’s approach has been “just right.” When asked, 12 percent of Republicans and 19 percent of independents...

Progressives are using legal loopholes and the power of the federal government to maximize Democrat votes in the 2024 election at taxpayers’ expense, RealClearInvestigations has found. The methods include voter registration and mobilization campaigns by ostensibly nonpartisan charities that target Democrats using demographic data as proxies, and the Biden administration’s unprecedented demand that every federal agency “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” A dizzying array of overwhelmingly “democracy-focused” entities with ties to the Democratic Party operating as charities and funded with hundreds of millions of...

Amid delivery delays by the United States Postal Service and mail-in ballot fraud, Democrats and the media are finally acknowledging there are some issues with mail-in voting ahead of the 2024 presidential election. As mail-in voting has increased since the 2020 presidential election during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Democrats have advocated for it as an easier method of voting. However, as USPS has experienced delivery issues and ballot harvesting has led to at least one "redo" election, some Democrats and media are noting the issues with the voting method. USPS started using a new distribution system last year, which appears to...

Progressive activist groups from across the country are preparing to protest outside the Democratic National Convention “with or without permits” come August. Coalition leaders have attested their right to be within “sight and sound” of the convention’s center stage at the United Center, citing First Amendment rights in a federal lawsuit filed last month. On Saturday, leaders reaffirmed their commitment to be heard outside the DNC, despite the city’s denial of protest permits closer to the convention’s site. A couple of hundred people representing 78 activist organizations gathered Saturday for a day-long “working conference” hosted by the March on the...

In the wake of OJ Simpson’s death, several black commentators have revealed the dark underside of race relations in America by suggesting that black Americans were glad that he got away with murdering two white people. In 1995, a jury of nine blacks, one Hispanic, and two whites acquitted Simpson of the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ron Goldman despite “a mountain of evidence” that he was guilty. Many commentators at the time saw the acquittal of Simpson as an example of jury nullification, when a jury members defy a judge’s instructions on the law...

Governor Chris Sununu (R-NH) said Thursday on CNN’s “The Lead” that the issue of abortion “could be a bigger problem for Democrats” in the November election. Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Trump started the week saying that abortion should be left to the states, then he criticized Arizona and Florida for their positions which are abortion bans, essentially in Arizona and a six-week ban and Florida. Do you understand what Donald Trump’s position is on this issue and how and how fearful are you about this issue hurting Republicans?”

COMMENTARY For women and children, the road to hell is paved with Democrats’ good intentions. The party’s beliefs about the right thing to do regarding the border are the main contributors to an explosion of rape, human trafficking, prostitution, and child labor. As James Varney recently reported for RealClearInvestigations, much of this human tragedy can be traced to the scores of executive orders and other new policies advanced by the Biden administration to encourage millions of migrants from around the world to come to America. The carnage begins south of the border, where women and children heading north are victimized...

Video footage on Tuesday emerged showing the moment when plainclothes Chicago police officers unloaded nearly 100 gunshots during a traffic stop last month, killing a man and subsequently leading to negative anti-cop coverage. However, the narrative of police killing an innocent man runs counter to the facts. As the New York Post reported, 26-year-old Dexter Reed was killed during a March 21 traffic stop in Humboldt Park on West Ferdinand Street after officers in an unmarked cop car pulled him over for failing to wear a seatbelt. The wild footage opens with a female officer and four others approaching Reed’s...

When Barack Obama was campaigning for president in 2008, he was fond of saying that he wanted to "fundamentally transform America." He wasn't always upfront about the specifics, but when we read between the lines, we knew what he was talking about. Steeped in Chicago radicalism, Obama wanted to push America hard toward socialism. Seven years after Obama left office, the Democrat Party has abandoned Obama's vision of "fundamentally transforming" that nation and instead wants to end America. I know you're thinking that I'm making a melodramatic statement, but let's explore why it's true. For starters, the left has put...

Shut out the Democrat noise and stop believing the mainstream media narrative. Multiple polls and data sets have emphasized that abortion is not one of the top issues for most voters in the upcoming 2024 election, not by a long shot. Democrats are distracting from other issues by going hysterical about abortion. The Democrats have so successfully screeched their heads off about abortion that even many Republicans now think that a significant percentage of voters will have abortion at the forefront of their minds in November. This is simply not true. Not only is there absolutely no moral justification for...

President Biden is facing deepening political trouble as criticism of Israel's assault on Gaza grows more widespread and a possible invasion of Rafah looms. Discontent with Biden’s substantive support for Israel has spread across the Democratic Party, even as the president has toughened his rhetoric criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. At the same time, Republicans are upping their attacks on Biden as insufficiently supportive of Israel in its war with Hamas and amid rising tensions with Iran.

In New York, Marly Hornik teamed up with election and cybersecurity expert Harry Haury to form the New York Citizens Audit to investigate their state's 2022 voter roll data. They found 1,467,399 illegal duplicate registrations with 449,856 votes cast, 16,623 votes cast by voters with a blank address, and 35,312 more votes counted than voters who voted. "It was clear to me that the premise that our elections are honest and accurate is not substantiated," Hornik said. "So we founded a nationwide group, United Sovereign Americans (USA), to share our expertise with over 25 state groups to help them investigate...

There is no bottom for Democrats to hit, so if you’ve been waiting for one of them to stand up and express outrage about anything related to any of the damaging policies they push, don’t hold your breath. Murdered Americans at the hands of illegal aliens? Yawn. Random women being punched in the face by thugs and goons on the streets of New York? Whatever. Are Americans unable to fill their gas tanks or afford groceries? Who cares? You morons don’t know how good you’ve got it anyway, ingrates. That’s the attitude of Democrats, at least, and they mean it....

The future for electric vehicles is looking bleaker than ever.According to a Gallup poll published this week, the number of Americans who own an electric vehicle has indeed increased in the last year. However, the number of those interested in buying one is on the decline despite efforts from the federal government to transition the entire automobile market within the next decade. Seven percent of Americans, up from 4% a year ago, report that they own an electric vehicle. That increase is matched by an equal decline in the percentage saying they are seriously considering buying one, from 12% to...

On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America Reports,” Rep. Jonathan Jackson (D-IL) claimed that Haitians trying to come to the U.S. “were met with whips and chains from like a bygone era and turned away.” Jackson later acknowledged after being corrected that Border Patrol agents didn’t whip migrants, but it “was a far cry from give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses that yearn to breathe free.” Jackson stated, “We’ve got a gentleman named Barbecue…in Haiti. … We can’t go in there and shore up what should be our longest, oldest ally in this hemisphere, Haiti,...
