David Alan Cedillo, a well-known figure to local police and judges, was found dead this week in a south Lincoln garage. The 42-year-old Cedillo's body was discovered at about 12:20 p.m., Tuesday inside the garage at 844 Peach St., authorities said. Police suspect he died between 3 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. An autopsy has been scheduled for Cedillo, a chronic alcoholic, but police do not suspect foul play. Cedillo was no stranger to law enforcement.
