OTTAWA -- Canada has increased to $40 million the money it will donate for emergency relief in the south Asian region hit by a killer tsunami and will also consider sending a disaster relief team. Defence Minister Bill Graham told a news conference Wednesday that $36 million has been added to the $4 million already pledged.
