Police Tuesday identified the man who died after falling or being pulled into a wood chipper at a work site in Davie. Hernan Gutierrez, 42, whose last known address was in Hallandale Beach worked for Tree Techs, Inc. of Pembroke Pines, according to Davie Police Capt. Dale Engle. Police and federal occupational safety officials are continuing to investigate the incident.
