Amid a noisy, sometimes, raucous crowd, 7th Congressional District candidates George Miller and Rick Tubbs faced off Thursday at the Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum. Candidates for state Senate District 2, incumbent Noreen Evans and challenger Lawrence Wiesner; and District 7 Assembly candidates newcomers Michael Allen and Doris Gentry also spoke and answered questions during the four-hour event.
