CNN just announced that they have it on good word via Christian Science Monitor that Osama bin Laden is now in Pakistan. According to Al Queda sources he has been there for 10 days now.

What a smear on GW with 4 days to go before the election. I mean a DUI back in the 1970s is NOW some sort of BIG NEWS! You should see how the local Chicago News is playing this. They headlined the upcoming 10:00 PM news with "BREAKING"--George Bush "ARRESTED" then unbelievably broke to a commercial leaving the impression that GW was arrested for something today! WHAT A PRESS MUGGING! Especially when WE here at FR KNOW that Al Gore was and probably still is Chronic Pothead even when he was a "US Senator" in the early "1990s". What GIVES? ...

I just want to throw out something here for discussion. In the course of discussing this election with a friend today my friend brought up a very interesting observation. In short: "Where is Gephardt?" "Where is Dodd?" Where are all the camera grabbing Democrats in the last few weeks? I don't see them. Things have been mighty quiet on the other side of the aisle and it has to signify something in this election. Could it be that some of these Democrats like Gephardt not only have given up hope on bringing in a Democratic House but are themselves locked ...
