The American Cancer Society must be the most corrupt "charity" in America. The vast majority of donations go to lavish salaries, expenses, investments, retirement plans, PR campaigns, political lobbying etc. As far as I know, all the money they put into research (about 25%) goes to man-made, patentable, money making treatments that board members often have a vested interest in.
