The FBI was tipped off in April 2020 to gain-of-function virus research in China, funded by the agency formerly headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, that “would leave no signature of purposeful human manipulation,” emails from agents at the bureau show. “These smoking gun documents showed the FBI quickly understood that Fauci’s agency funded the gain-of-function research that could disguise the resulting coronavirus as ‘natural,’” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. In an email exchange from April 23, 2020, with the subject line “Follow up call,” a person whose name is redacted passes along details and analysis to...

Boeing Co. fired the head of its 737 Max aircraft program Wednesday, shaking its leadership amid the fallout of a midair blowout of an Alaska Airlines door plug in January. Ed Clark, who headed the 737 Max division, will leave Boeing immediately, according to a memo from CEO Stan Deal. Deal said the leadership changes are emblematic of the company’s “enhanced focus on ensuring that every airplane we deliver meets or exceeds all quality and safety requirements. Our customers demand, and deserve, nothing less.” The Alaska Airlines incident resulted in an Federal Aviation Administration-mandated grounding of the 737 Max 9...

Paramount Global — the parent company off CBS, Paramount Pictures, Showtime, and numerous other media properties — is reportedly set to lay off “hundreds” of employees across nearly all of its divisions. The impending cuts represent the latest Hollywood bloodbath following layoffs at other corporations, including Disney, NBCUniversal, Amazon MGM Studios, and Universal Music Group. Hollywood is feeling the squeeze on multiple fronts. Households continue to cut the cord by the millions while the advertising market is still in the doldrums due to poor consumer sentiment tied to President Joe Biden’s economic policies. Meanwhile, consumers are cutting back on discretionary...

The Arena Group alerted all Sports Illustrated staffers on Friday that their positions were being eliminated. Richard Deitsch, a sports media reporter who left for Sports Illustrated for the Athletic, posted the email that all employees received on X. It noted, in part, that some employees would be “terminated immediately.” The decision comes after the Authentic Brands Group, the licensing group that bought Sports Illustrated for $110 million from Meredith five years ago, terminated the agreement it holds with The Arena Group to publish the magazine in print and digital, per Front Office Sports. “Some employees will be terminated immediately,...

Joe Rogan cracked open a can of Bud Light and took a sip — defying calls to boycott the beer over its tie-up with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Rogan began his wildly popular Spotify podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience” on Tuesday by welcoming his guest, country music star Zach Bryan, with a toast in which they both raised cans of Bud Light. “We’re drinking Bud Light, ladies and gentlemen,” Rogan declared at the start of the three-hour broadcast. Rogan, anticipating fury from his many conservative-leaning listeners, offered a sarcastic apology. “Sooooorry,” he exhaled. “People are silly,” Rogan added. Bryan, who...

Disgraced former Democratic New York congressman-turned-self-proclaimed “big boy” Anthony Weiner lost his freaking mind when asked Thursday about rumors that the Clinton family has a “body count.” Patrick Bet-David put the question to Weiner, referencing a popular conspiracy theory that former President Bill Clinton and his wife, twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, have had people killed. “How is it that the reputation that follows [the Clintons] is people close to them die?” the host asked in a clip shared from the show. For whatever reason, Weiner seemed to take serious offense to the question. He immediately tried to turn the...

The floundering Walt Disney Company’s Disney+ streaming service is expected to record a $800 million third-quarter loss. That’s nearly a billion dollars lost in a single quarter. I tell ya, Disney’s slow-motion collapse is more entertaining than anything these child predators have created in years. Apparently, grooming little kids doesn’t pay. Who knew? In better news, Disney stock took a dive after it was announced disgraced CEO Bob Iger extended his contract to 2026. The smart money knows Groomer Bob is not good for business. Wanna good laugh? The Disney sycophants in the corporate media have been portraying these massive...

The group representing Hollywood’s studios has responded to SAG-AFTRA’s strike call today. The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers’ statement highlights what it calls “some of the components of the Producers’ offer that SAG-AFTRA has chosen to forgo in favor of a strike.” “A strike is certainly not the outcome we hoped for as studios cannot operate without the performers that bring our TV shows and films to life,” AMPTP said. “The Union has regrettably chosen a path that will lead to financial hardship for countless thousands of people who depend on the industry.” The statement was issued as...

WASHINGTON — The man accused of ramming a U-Haul truck into barriers near the White House earlier this week isn't a U.S. citizen, authorities said Wednesday. Sai Varshith Kandula, a 19-year-old from suburban St. Louis, wore an orange jail-issued jumpsuit in his brief courtroom appearance — his first since the Monday incident — when prosecutors requested pre-trial detention. A government prosecutor told the court that Kandula is not a citizen or lawful permanent resident. But later on Wednesday, a Department of Justice official clarified the open-court remarks and said Kandula does hold a green card for lawful, permanent U.S. residency....

California borrowed approximately $20 billion from the federal government to cover unemployment benefits during the pandemic, and with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s recent decision to not pay it back, employers are now saddled with the expense, according to experts. “The state should have taken care of the loans with the COVID money it received from the government in 2021,” Marc Joffe, policy analyst at the Cato Institute—a public policy think tank headquartered in Washington, D.C.—told The Epoch Times. In the proposed 2023–2024 budget, $750 million was allocated to start paying down the loans, but Newsom made changes to the plan in...

The Johnson & Johnson (J&J) conglomerate is more than quadrupling the amount it had previously set aside to cover its potential liabilities by allocating $8.9 billion to address allegations that their talcum baby powder caused cancer. A J&J subsidiary will re-file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and ask the court to approve a plan that would lead to one of the biggest product liability settlements in American history, according to a proposal made public on Tuesday. The $8.9 billion that J&J would give to the LTL Management subsidiary would be paid over the following 25 years. The sum is higher...

Oh my. Now this adds a new wrinkle to the Hogg story. New video was published this past weekend of anti-Second Amendment advocate and Democrat mouthpiece David Hogg shooting guns for fun at a gun range. Hogg has made it his life’s mission to take guns away from law-abiding citizens. Democrats believe it will make America safer when only criminals and cartel members have their illegal firearms. Hogg made it into Harvard, not because of grades but because he as a far left activist. Then this weekend footage surfaced of David Hogg enjoying an afternoon at the gun range. Oh...

The Army paused the “Be All You Can Be” campaign on Sunday after Majors was arrested on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment, according to Army Times. “The U.S. Army is aware of the arrest of Jonathan Majors and we are deeply concerned by the allegations surrounding his arrest,” said a spokesperson for the Army Enterprise Marketing Office. “While Mr. Majors is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we pull our ads until...
