  • Vote And Hold Your Nose

I'm pleased reading most current posts, the abundance of information and wealth of knowledge from political savvy freepers is like a breath of fresh air. I've now noticed too many negative republican/conservative FR posts coming from liberal infiltrators. Many FR members are throwing in the towel, looking for a third party or refuse to vote. As bad as many republicans are performing we cannot allow the RATS taking control. Iraqis came out strong and displayed the purple finger, we must come out republican strong and display holding our nose.

I receive a lot of email for contributions from GOP Chairman Ken Mehilman. I replied this time with the following comments. I'm a little taped out on cash right now. The high cost of gas is causing me to be a lot more conservative on spending. The gas companies are not the problem, the high taxes and regulations imposed on gas companies is a big part of the problem. We must be less dependent on foreign oil and dependent on our own resources. The democrats have imposed too many oil producing regulations, taxes and block any attempts to become self...

I read and copied a quote by Abraham Lincoln from FR. I want to use this quote but first need to verify. My attempts to validate have failed. "Congressmen who willfully take actions during wartime that damage morale and undermine the military are saboteurs and should be arrested, exiled, or hanged.(Abraham Lincoln)".

I know the score 74-1 in the US Senate with Dump Boxer being the 1 but in the US House 267 against, 31 for, I would like to know names of US House members that voted for the Ohio challege and those present with a no vote. I attempted to get this on my own so now I would appreciate having the names or link.

Authorities studying death of record white-tailed deer. Deer story continues on record size trophy buck estimated to be third largest in Texas history. The "Bullis Buck" a massive white-tailed deer with 35 scorable points and 27 plus inch spread killed early this month at Camp Bullis in Northwest San Antonio, Texas. Helicopters, high-tech satellite-based locating systems and a small pocket knife were involved in the killing. Global Positioning System coordinates were taken by the helicopter crew and picked...

Buck's death raises flap.Texas game wardens probe knifing of animal with gargantuan antlers at Camp Bullis, Texas. Opening weekend deer hunting in south Texas resulted with a white-tailed deer, no one in Texas has seen in nearly 80 years. "Bullis Buck" carried antlers with 35 scorable points and an outside spread of more than 27 inches and ranks as the third largest taken from a native whitetail in Texas. The problem is the means in which this buck was taken and possible prosecution of the people involved. The question is who winds up with the record-setting rack, which could have...
