Who are "Soldiers for the Truth"?

As far as anybody knows they could be "Idiots on the Left" trying to disrupt.

My favorite Grammism (paraphased):

When I was a boy there was a huge mansion in our town. My momma used to tell me "Son, if you work hard enough you can live in a house like that some day." She never said "They ought to tax the hell out of those people and give some of the money to me."

I know that's not the exact quote but it's close.

I'm a St. Louisan. Talent was cheated out of the Governorship 2 years ago. He lost St. Louis County, which is an absolute impossibility if everything is on the up and up.

One of the local newschannels went to an "objective" observer from Webster U. (Highbrow, ultra-intellectual school) for the opinion of one of their professors. Who called it a draw with maybe a slight edge to Carnahan because she probably exceeded expectations.

The only way she exceeded expectations is if they thought she'd show up drunk. She stumbled, bumbled, stuttered, stammered and at times was incapable of stringing a coherent sentence together.

Talent was cool and presented his views in a calm coherent and rational manner. Anybody in the State of Missouri with half a brain would have to see that she is way out of her league in the US Senate.

I was recently on campus at my Alma Mater ST. LOUIS UNIVERSITY (1973 grad) and saw a flyer advertising this. It is a sad commentary that Catholic institutions (or any religious institution)would promote such vileness.

I'm a Cardinal fan and more importantly a baseball fan. This is a tough one for me because the guy is a jerk but he has been without question the best all around player in baseball over the last decade. If he beats it, I'll give him his props. In a way, though, I hope he doesn't.
