Texas is in trouble. Trump will win it safely, but it’s turning from dark red to pink. In north Dallas, there has been a huge influx of foreigners—a significant number of them Arab—and it’s changing the demographics.
I fear that once Sanders is out of the picture, most of his supporters will begrudgingly back her (much as I now back Trump) and she’ll pick up 5 or 6 points.
I have no problem with this idea in theory, provided it is optional for the gun owner and not mandated by law. Of course details would need to be provided about how such a technology would work before I would ever decide to use it on my firearms. My capitalist side, however, would prefer the government stay out of the process and allow industry to innovate when the technology and demand are there.
The devil is in the details, not the title, which is just a form of propaganda. There are major liability issues, disclosure requirements, and red tape.
I have no idea what this rant is about. My point was it’s stupid to talk about Prescott Bush’s views and actions to somehow try to politically indict Jeb. He has enough record of his own to be judged on.
The question is not whether I agree with Trump’s answers, but rather whether he himself believes what he is saying. He throws a lot if red meat to the base right now, but I fear he might be a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
I called to cancel on Sunday, even though I was somewhat bluffing. I got $60 off my current bill and $60 off next month’s bill to stay. Although if the outage lasts more than a week or so, I probably will cancel anyway. If not, I saved $120.
Looks like I got out too soon. I would have enjoyed being female for one day every 6 months and only having to do about 12 pushups and run a 14:00 mile pace.
I agree with your post, however at this point it seems hopelessly academic to debate the issue with anyone. I would add that the 17th Amendment also terribly undermined State powers. However arguing for its repeal is also rather hopeless.
Liberals think the 14th Amendment more or less repeals the 10th. Unfortunately in practice, that’s basically how it’s played out. Any perceived restriction can just about be twisted into an equal protection case.
