If Barone and Morris are correct regarding the possible hanky panky involving the exit polls, I believe that there could be some serious legal charges pending against the perpetrators. At first blush (I haven't researched this yet), it seems that there could be some possible conspiracy to commit fraud charges. Possibly wirefraud.
