Hmmmm as a former drummer back in the 1970’s Copeland was and still is one of the best drummers. Played with a Jazz feel and could rock with the best of them. Summers was also an exceptional guitar player. Not sure where you come off as saying they were mediocre.

Xylitol is a sugar alcohol and is perfectly safe in humans. In case you have not noticed humans a quite different than dogs and cats. If you take too much Xylitol you might become gassy but the Xylitol in this product is minimal and effective. Don’t be such a hater.

I have used XLEAR for almost 2 years for prevention of colds and flues. I did not know about the Covid Claims but I buy the product off Amazon in 2 and 3 packs and I have not had a cold or the flu in over 2 years.

I use the XLEAR Max in the morning and then the Reguar XLEAR once or twice more during the day.

It is the Xylitol that makes this product effective.

I also take Monolaurin as anti-viral and NAC to prevent and/or reduce the symptoms and duration of colds.

My father who had over 110 patents as a chemist told me that Monolaurin was in the last product he put on the market as a spray for mouthguards. I still play hoops 3 times a week and coach a high school boy’s basketball team and I need to remain healthy.

Youngkin seems to be leading in Central Virginia which 2 decades a go was a no-brainner. But with Chesterfield and Henrico County going moderately blue as of the past 8 years this has been the nail in the coffin in overcoming NOVA’s democratic vote machine. But I am on the ground in Central VA and Youngkin looks to be winning in Chesterfield County and very well may win by 2% to 3% in Henrico County.

I understand from one of the state campaign folks that Youngkin is doing better than expected in NOVA with much lighter than normal turnout for Dems even statewide. I get the e-mails from Terry 2 and 3 times a day and his tone has gotten desperate very condescending to those who his campaign sends the e-mails to. Very different tone than from even a month ago. He is on defense and it shows in how desperate his e-mail fundraising pleas have become.

I grew up with Jack or Chet as we called him in high school. I now live in VA and while I like both Rizzo and Singh, Ciattarelli is pretty strong on the 2nd Amendment and has many conservative views. He has a decent chance to oust Murphy because of his likability and his ability to think on his feet without referring to notes and teleprompters. He is certainly better than Christie.

This is absolutely wonderful. I have rafted on the New River and Gauley River dozens of times. This is one of the most beautiful rugged areas on the east coast. And the locals are some of the nicest Americans I have met in my 59 years on this earth.

Fun Fact: The nearby Summersville Dam got its name because The Army Corp of Engineers typically names dams after the closest town to where the dam is being constructed. Well, the actual closest town was named Gad and the Army Corp decided that to name the new dam, Gad Dam would not be a good thing so they went to the next closest town and named the dam Summersville Dam. The town of Gad has many structures located beneath the waters of Summersville Lake.

VA appears to be able to flip 2 house seats
(VA 2 and VA 7 with a strong potential of flipping a 3rd seat VA 10) The potential shocker is that VA 4 is winning by a Fantastic GOP Candidate Leon Benjamin. Leon is up by 7000 votes with 84% of the vote in.

  • Gade for US Senate (VA)

I am also from Central VA. Daniel Gade is a true conservative and was the best Republican Candidate running. Stop complaining and support our Virginia Republican Candidates. Mark Warner has to go. Daniel Gade is our choice. I for one am tired of losing in Virginia and when I know that many conservatives don’t vote it makes me sick.

My goal was to run for Cantor’s seat as a constitutional conservative with an economics and business background but Dave Brat beat me to the punch. I am too old to get into the political sphere at this point in my life.

Now we also have a great candidate running against Spanberger in Nick Freitas. We need to support Nick as well and come out and vote in numbers in particular in the rural counties surrounding Henrico and Chesterfield.

Teemab8r. I like your optimism but VA is not going in Trumps favor. He is going to win the rural counties and a few suburban counties but NOVA is going to put Biden over the top in VA. Regrettable but true.

  • What is happening with real estate sales now?

I am a Realtor in the Richmond, VA area. I have sold 12 homes in the past 30 days. From low $220,000 range to mid $500,000 range. Almost every one of my buyer sales have been been multiple offer situations. Low rates and less fear among my clients at least is driving our market. As much as I do not like our Governor he left Real Estate along so we could do our jobs.

I am guess that about 25% of Realtors sheltered in place and tried to promote virtual tours as a way to purchase a home. But the truth is not matter what your political identity is you have do go into a home and smell, see, feel and listen to a home before you make a purchase. You want to see the neighboring homes and see how large the rooms actually are as modern wide angle lenses make rooms look much larger than they are.

I am an economist by education and I do not see a major slowdown in the future at least in the Richmond area. Now, if the contagion of the Blue States and their economic damage to their states spread across the country we may have a future recession after the current 2 quarter recession.

  • FOURTH CIRCUIT COURT LIFTS INJUNCTION ON TRUMP ADMINISTRATION’S IMMIGRANT ‘PUBLIC CHARGE’ RULE

    RealtorRick to chris37

Taken from Senator Grassley’s opposition to then Nominee Harris. The Senate and President Obama rammed through judges especially onto the Wash DC Circuit Court.

Professor Harris is on the record that extra-legal considerations should influence how a judge rules. But she’s also expressed her belief that the personal characteristics of the judge should matter, too. I think it’s fair to say that she is acutely concerned with the personal characteristics of the judge.

In 2010, she even told the Los Angeles Times that the President should consider a judicial nominee’s religious beliefs when filling Supreme Court vacancies. She said: “It’s hard for me to see religion as especially different than all other things that presidents take into account.”

I don’t even know where to start with that, and perhaps the less said about it the better. But I’d be interested to know which religions the nominee thinks are suitable or unsuitable for representation on the federal bench.

I’ll leave you with another example of just how out of the mainstream this nominee is. Professor Harris is an outspoken advocate for abortion rights. Over the years, she has made a number of controversial statements about abortion and the Supreme Court’s abortion precedents.

Shockingly, on one occasion last year, she described partial-birth abortion as a merely “late-ish” kind of abortion. The nominee also suggested that States “gin up medical controversies” intentionally and in bad faith in order to justify restrictions on late-term abortion. She denigrated restrictions on partial-birth abortion because, in her view, “you could find one guy to say ‘I don’t know it’s safe’ to create medical uncertainty that will allow state regulation.”

I have worked with this Realtor on several occasions. She is professional in all aspects of the sale or purchase of a home. This is a load of BS but this is what happens when Norther Virginia now dominates our political landscape in Virginia and continuously elects Democrats. We get non-religious and Christian Hating Members placed on these boards.

Kudlow is no tool and is certainly not a blowhard. Blowhards are those who talk with no evidence to back up their arguments. Kudlow know his stuff. For those of us who follow macroeconomic trends and events Kudlow is one of the best and articulate spokesmen for the conservative side of economic policy. In fact he is being considered as a potential candidate vs Dodd in Connecticut. He never fawned over Obama’s policies after he attended the White House dinner. He is one of the few Conservative voices on MSNBC and his show is one I try to listen to daily. It bothers me when supposed conservative attack one of their own. Especially one who would make a wonderful economically conservative Senator from the Liberal northeast.

Great news from the N.Y. Times! They don't want to thwart the will of the majority. I agree. Lets allow the will of the majority to get rid of: late term abortions, blatant homosexual activities in public, ACLU lawsuits, no mention of God (in a positive way) in Schools etc. Help me out and add to the list. O, I get it, the N.Y Times only wants the will of the majority when it is to their advantage. What a hogwash editorial. Again, help me out with some other items that the will of the majority would want in real life that would pi** off the N.Y. Times and their ilk.
