... if that’s true why wouldn’t ocean levels go down instead of up if that glacier melts
I think it depends on whether said glacier is fully floating in water, or is largely held above the water by land. If the former, yeah, melting it won't make that big a difference. If the latter, it's like putting extra into the waters which isn't presently there.
And I'd like to see a more reasoned estimate than a parroting of the highest last bid in the hysterical media.
And... there's nothing to be done about it anyway.
Oh, and not being a politician Trump should be able to appoint only all perfect staff.
I’m sure you could.
Thanks (/S). I'll remember that when I run for high office.
The "not from DC argument" applies to Wray, and as someone else mentioned, Kelly, who were hired on the advice of others. But, unfortunately, DJT owns Scaramucci and Omarosa. Although, they were more embarassing than consequential.
Yeah, that is a poser. And he made some terrible appointments, as well. Scaramucci and Christopher Wray come to mind.
One may make excuses for the Wray appointment by saying the recommendation came from Gov. Christie. But, the Mooch appointment (and the Omarosa one) are all on Trump.
I'm voting for him, but I wonder how much he'll be able to achieve in 4 years if he doesn't step up the quality of his appointments.
I don’t believe they were breached. This is the new coverup narrative for “we sold your data”. It is a trend...
I've noticed that when I'm away from home traveling to see the family, but still in the US, that I get much fewer junk calls on my cellphone. Maybe that's subjective, but I've noticed it on several one to two week breaks. Some selling of my location data, whoever does it (Google, AT&T--my phone company) shouldn't.
