Donald Trump's inaugural speech did not go off without a hitch -- there was a clear fumble by the military -- but everyone's clammed up. Trump began speaking and a minute and a half later, 8 men in uniform walk the steps and flank the prez from behind.

The New York Times’s examination of the Uranium One deal is based on dozens of interviews, as well as a review of public records and securities filings in Canada, Russia and the United States. Some of the connections between Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation were unearthed by Peter Schweizer, a former fellow at the right leaning Hoover Institution and author of the forthcoming book “Clinton Cash.” Mr. Schweizer provided a preview of material in the book to The Times, which scrutinized his information and built upon it with its own reporting.

Chris Menahan uncovered that immigration is just one of the many issues on which Hillary has flip-flopped; Shocking video shows Hillary Clinton calling for deportations and the building of a “physical barrier” to keep Mexicans out of the U.S.

GotNews.com can find no evidence that Curiel’s parents ever became U.S. citizens. For all we know, Judge Curiel is an anchor baby.

Tonight revenge won! He went from Hope&Change to Divide&Rule. I look at this amazing, exceptional, talented ticket, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan and think what a gift at this dire time was presented to our country, and America chose the angry, bitter, spiteful community divider. What an utterly sad moment. I just want to cry, NOT FOR MYSELF and my personal investments in these Republicans. I want to cry for the opportunity we just threw to the wind.

A top Obama campaign bundler living in Shanghai, China, is an international businessman with ties to the Cayman Islands. Robert W. Roche has lived in China and Japan for the past 27 years, although he maintains a residence in Chicago. He has used his extensive connections to raise money for the Obama campaign, and has pledged to raise $500,000 for the Obama campaign this year, an upgrade from the $100,000-200,000 he agreed to raise four years ago. He donated the maximum $50,000 allowable to Obama’s inauguration fund in 2009. Roche’s wife, Ritsuko Hattori-Roche, along with Roche’s business partner Don Yang,...

One cannot help noticing the struggle between Barack Obama’s natural instincts and the serene and benevolent persona he projects to the world. Beneath the visage of a cosmetically populist, post-racial, post-partisan reformer who wants to “perfect” America and to have “millionaires and billionaires” “pay their fair share” is just another condescending, self-important, sarcastic, academic liberal Democrat, who believes in false consciousness and in scholastic theories that success in life can be attributed to birth or luck or community but not to individual effort and grit. Obama may be talented at self-fashioning, but he cannot maintain his public face constantly. The...

When a mother of two can be sentenced to death by stoning on the basis of a disputed confession of adultery and without proper legal representation, there is little reason for faith in the fairness or mercy of Iran's judicial system. But as in the appalling case of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, the 20-year jail sentences just handed out to seven Bahá'í leaders must provoke an international outcry in the hope that the Iranian government can be shamed into thinking again. ............. The catch-all charge of espionage exposes the reality behind the regime's cruel behaviour. Over the years, Bahá'ís have found...

NEW YORK — The harsh prison sentences handed down to seven Iranian Baha'i leaders who are absolutely innocent of any wrongdoing is a judgment against an entire religious community, the Baha'i International Community said today. Nobel laureate Shirin Ebadi, whose Defenders of Human Rights Center represented the Baha'i defendants, said she was "stunned" by the reported 20-year jail terms. (/multimedia/slideshow.php?storyid=789) The incarceration of the seven Baha'i leaders is the latest development in a deliberate policy of the Iranian government to suffocate the Baha'i community. Systematic plans were drawn up in 1991 - at the request of the Leader of the...

James Kirkup and Robert Winnett’s excellent piece for The Telegraph should be the first item the Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary read this morning. The article is important because it reveals in stark terms exactly what the Treaty of Lisbon is all about in the minds of the unelected Brussels elites – a golden opportunity to dramatically expand the supranational powers of the EU over the affairs of independent European nation states, including that of Great Britain. The Telegraph article records the views of the EU’s newly installed Ambassador to the United States, Joao Vale de Almeida, who now claims...

In "Obama’s Muslim connection"I wrote, that Obama’s foreign policy favours accommodation to Islam. Here's more information about the Democrats' likely nominee: 1 He surrounded himself with advisers who believe that US foreign policy is controlled by Jews and this must end. 2. At the height of Iran's bloody civil unrest this year, a young doctor named Ramin Pourandarjani defied his superiors. He refused to sign death certificates at a Tehran prison that he said were falsified to cover up murder. He testified to a parliamentary committee that jailers were torturing and raping protesters, his family says. He told friends and family he feared for his life. And on Nov. 10, the 26-year-old doctor was found dead in the military clinic where he lived and worked. ........................................................................................................ Iranian officials first blamed the doctor's death on a car accident, then a heart attack, then...

Though a longtime freeper, this is my first ever vanity here. I felt it's important to post this vanity about CNN's coverage of the post so-called "elections" in Iran which in my opinion has been one of the best and most thorough in this country. I have already sent them an email thanking them for their excellent coverage because contrary to the left which never acknowledges anything positive on the right, we should, and do, give credit where credit's due. THEREFORE, THANK YOU CNN FOR FINALLY -- AND SO FULLY AND TRUTHFULLY -- COVERING THE MASS PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT FOR DEMOCRACY...
