“Yarrabee Farms, a family-owned company that operates dairy farms in the rolling hills outside Brooklyn, said that Rivera had been an employee in good standing for four years and that it was shocked to learn he was implicated in the crime.

The company is owned by the family of Craig Lang, a prominent Republican who previously served as president of the Iowa Farm Bureau.

A search of court records revealed no prior criminal history for Rivera in Iowa, and it’s unclear whether he had ever been subject to prior deportation proceedings.”

An illegal, living in that area 4 to 7 years!
One must ask, “How was he surviving?”
He seemed to be driving his own vehicle!
He seemed to have been driving with a valid driver’s license!
He may have even been insured to drive as well!
Where did he live? Who has he been living with as an illegal?
Who was giving him the money he needed to buy gas, food to eat, pay for a cell phone or pay his rent and utilities?
Did he have a job? Was he a drug dealer? Was he a pimp?
WHO WAS HIS EMPLOYER for 4 to 7 years???
Oh! Might he also have been a registered voter?
Has he ever received any “legal aid” help to duck and hide from the authorities?
Did he have a Social Security Number and how did he get one if illegal?
What about a bank account or credit cards? Any? Issued by whom and how did he qualify to receive one?
What driving offenses has he been charged with in his past?
Any record of past arrests or criminal charges including traffic citations?
Who are his friends in the area, his relatives, other illegals among them?
Any ties to MS-13 or other gangs or gangbangers?
Was he a “DREAMER” covered by DACA? Obama is to blame for this murder!!!
Democrats AND Republicans are responsible allowing our borders to be so porous and WE the PEOPLE are responsible because WE VOTED THEM IN as our representatives having one sworn mission - to support and defend the U.S. Constitution!!! Why? Why!? Are we allowing them to remain in office???

Let’s call Oprah, George Clooney and George Soros and raise 1.5 million to pay people to organize a “March for Our American Lives” protest and get the MSM to cover it live, start to finish, and get the Hollywood elite to join in to demand enforcement of our immigration laws!
    What do ya’ll think?

  • Neither Putin nor Obama get it

This is an important subject, no doubt. Partisans and propagandists love to slice and dice it into useful parts to keep us divided. But the truth is indeed available if one searches for it.
In general though, all representative republics restrict voting “rights”. Nowhere, for instance, do 6 year old children get that “right”. Voting is not a right, until one meets the strictures provided by law (which was initially empowered by the work wiser leaders of a given “state” in some sort of convention was held, then ratified by those citizens deemed qualified to make informed decisions; such as property owners). This action of sovereign individuals is what, in most cases, established the states(nations) in the U.S.A.
The call for “Democracy Now” ignores all historical evidence for its rejection and is a tool of collectivists, communists, “progressives”, socialists and their many and varied stripes. Discussable for hours of course.
If the object of government is to protect private property, personal freedoms, provide for blind justice and enforce contracts, then it only makes sense that those who pay the overhead and costs of government should be the ones to vote. If those who are on the receiving end of government largess, such as welfare, unemployment, government grants and contracts, tax breaks or subsidies, etc., are allowed to vote for “representatives, then those persons or entities have gained the power to have government force spluder from those who actually pay the cost of government. There are only two ways for cash to flow in and out of government treasuries. The first reality one must agree to is; that there is a private sector and the public sector. Either a person “works for the government” or he/she doesn’t. One who doesn’t is a private sector citizen and the one who gets his/her pay via some government coffer is more rightly a public sector citizen. A person either lives off of what the government takes in from the private sector which is generally made to pay taxes from various taxed sources.
Here is the big rub that is the basis for many revolutions and revolts. When those who are being robbed by organized crime systems have finally “had enough”, they begin to organize and fight back - or perish, causing the whole system collapses into anarchy or authoritarianism. There is one thing that governments cannot make people do, and that is to produce sufficient excess, that is then taken by force, and given to those who didn’t produce anything or very little. Hence, “Who is John Galt?”
Much has been written on the subject of human action. But our global ruling elites have had over a hundred of years of practice at subjugating once free peoples.
We will again become subjects of the ruling elites, even while we think we live in a republic, if those who have learned the key lessons of history fail to imbue the youth of our states with the knowledge of liberty and self-government.
It is an important subject on which every voting citizen needs to be informed.
