President Bush is spending Labor Day celebrating the American worker, and it began Monday morning in Northeast Wisconsin. Future Vice-President Dick Cheney visited Green Bay, Wisconsin this afternoon. The event was billed as a “Victory 2000 Rally”. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend and it was absolutely wonderful.
