I’m thinking Texas, and the 18 other states (and counting) could form a new republic if SCOTUS punts on this case. Unfortunately, that may happen according to what Mark Levin said on his radio show yesterday.
Amazing. Pharma or Biotech companies would be shut down if they made changes to a validated system such as LIMS or SAP without revalidation and approval.
It is obvious that vote machines are not required to comply with all the regulations that are in effect for industries requlated by the FDA and other government agencies and that is another huge fail by congress.
Voting machines should be required to comply with 21-CFR-Part 11 at a minimum.

Better yet. Prescott, Arizona has a former Ruger manufacturing plant that needs a new owner. Arizona is one of of the few states with contitutional carry laws. That means anyone can carry concealed or open-carry (no permet required).
Guess Fox News is tired of beating all the other news channels year after year so they are tauting rigged polls just like CNNCBSNBCNYTETC.
FNC's credibility has been slipping badly lately...BOR called Rush an assassin a few days ago. Sean, Laura Ingraham, Neil Cavuto, and maybe a few guests are the only conservatives on FNC now.
40 to 45% of the hispanics that live here in Az and are U.S. citizens vote for the GOP candidate. (Some catholics actually vote against abortion and socialism).
That's not likely to change because of 0bama's trumped up law-suit. Especially since illegals compete for some of the same jobs in construction and they will work for less $.
Also, poll-workers ask for valid picture ID's when you vote in AZ, so rats are going to have trouble cheating.

It’s time for states to excercise their constitutional rights and ignore federal edicts such as this. Keep right on checking ID’s at the polling booth...what is 0bama going to do about it???
Puerto Rico doesn’t want to be a state. They have the best of both worlds now. They have de facto citizenship but aren’t taxed up the wazoo like we are. That’s why most of the Pharma manufacturers, et.al., have plants in P.R.
