Today, The President was in Michigan today, where he met with, and signed autographs for the members of the Little League Softball World Series Champions from Mattawan, Mich., at Bishop International Airport in Flint, Mich. He also attended a fundraiser for Republican senatorial candidate Mike Bouchard. Later he went to Kansas City, MO for another rundraiser for a Republican cabdidate. Monday night the President will speak to the Nation at 9:00 PM EST to mark the 5th anniversary of 9/11

Today President Bush and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi tiured the Elvis Presley's Grace Land Mansion in Memphis Tenn. Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley were the tour guides for the President , First Lady and Prime Minister Koizumi. The three of them also visited the Hotel where Rev. Today President Bush traveled to Seattle, Washington for a fundraising luncheon to benefit U.S. Rep. Dave Reichert, R-Wash.,in his bid for reelection. Later the President traveled to New Mexico for another fundraiser for U.S. Rep. Heather Wilson in her reelection bid. Despite of all the biased polling that has been focused on smearing the President, President Bush has raised more money for Republican candidates than anytime in the past, and has done so in fewer appearances.

Today President Bush started his day in the Rose Garden by announcing the death of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and 6 of his fellow terrorists after two 500 LB Laser guided bombs were dropped on a safe house 30 miles outside af Baghdad by two U.S. F-16's. Immediately after this announcement the President went to the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C. for the annual National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast.
