As it happens, the guy who killed himself is not the guy who committed the rape. The Arkansas Register retracted their story the NEXT day.

I was going to post this on my website and myspace, but when I tried to verify it, I found all of the links to the original story had been removed.

So I called the Arkansas paper and they told me about the mistake.

The suicide was a stock broker / accountant from Newport, Arkansas.

The sexual abuser was a factory worker from BRYANT ARKANSAS.

So the story was withdrawn and corrected almost immediately on 7/19.

Angela Michael, on the other hand, is NEVER wrong.

So she refuses to correct the story.

Worldnet Daily is the only one that is publishing it so far.

The family sent out a press release on Monday that said this:

To Whom it may concern;

You are receiving this notice because you have reported or published press releases from Angela Michael and Small Victories in the past.

As of July 22, 2007 Angela Michael has seen fit to announce on her website http://www.smallvictoriesusa.com/ and via a press release to various media outlets, the fact that our Son, Brother, Father, Uncle & Cousin, Jeffrey Dean Cheshier from Newport Arkansas was found dead in his vehicle on July 17, 2007 an apparent victim of suicide.

Contrary to what Ms. Michaels reports, she had no right or authorization to release this information.

Some of the information she has released was incorrect or downright false and defamatory. Some, of the information was never intended to be released to the public, may in fact compromise the investigation that is ongoing, and will cause her sources to be investigated.

Further release of this information by Angela Michael may result in legal action against her and her sources.

We therefore ask that you refrain from reporting or publishing any further information regarding our Son, Brother, Father, Uncle & Cousin that has not been released directly by our family or the governmental authorities involved.

Please respect the privacy of the family and the victim in this matter.

We will not entertain calls or other inquiries from the media concerning this incident.

Try to find another article other than the Death Notice for Jeffrey Dean Cheshier in Arkansas that is not EXACTLY like Angela Michael’s account.

I personally witnessed BOTH of these attacks in Granite City. When they knocked 9 yr old Arielle down I was one of the men screaming for the police to arrest the deathscort, but then her father used a racial ephitet to the guard
and that is why he got his skull “busted.”

In the first trial they got nothing in the way of money, but the guard lost his job and the Security company had to apologize.

The Michaels OFTEN stand in the way of oncoming cars, to try to stop them from entering, the police STILL get called to remove them from the driveways, I do not know if Shah was “aiming” for him that day, but anything is possible.

Hope Clinic has been waiting Small Victories out knowing they will run out of money.

And they finally have.

In an interesting aside to this, Dr. Shah has a lawsuit against Angela Michael for stalking him in Illinois, and alledging that she followed Shah around town and to various places in Missouri. Shah’s lawyer said in court that he has security video of her doing it.

He also alledges that she was using a bull horn, or screaming SO LOUDLY, that she was disturbing the patients at his medical office and his abortion clinic, ruining the quiet enjoyment of his property. You must have quiet to kill a baby you know.

Angela now runs around trying to hush up all of the protestors that raise their voice to stop women from going in to the clinic and says that they are “screaming babies to their deaths” if they don’t speak softly.

So I guess he has changed her behavior for now.
