The judge will approve some ridiculous jury instructions. This will eventually be overturned on appeal, but they don’t
care. It’s all about Election Day. But I think they are overplaying their hand. Some people who are not core Trump fans are thinking, if they can do that, isn’t it plausible that there was some amount of election fraud in the past Presidential election? And if they can screw over Trump, despite Trump’s wealth and power, what chance do ordinary people have?

I doubt that Trump will win New York. But what if the polls show movement to Trump in NY because of all the time he is forced to spend there. The DNC would be panicked. Resources would be diverted to NY, because if Biden loses NY, his goose is cooked.

This is off topic, but why is “legal expense” inaccurate? Lawyers distinguish between fees and expenses. “Expenses” include stamps, photocopies . . . why not nuisance settlements?
