I stopped reading at that line. It was painfully obvious that the Democrats failed to follow the state constitution. Heck, some Democrats on the governor’s staff warned about this.

I am pleased that they mention the AN/FPS-132 radar at Pituffik, but they failed to mention the vital Thule Tracking Station (TTS), part of the Space Force’s Satellite Control Network (SCN)

Here's a thought: If the Administration's policies are so unlawful or unconstitutional, how does it keep winning cases on appeal after activist judges threw their monkey wrenches?
At least these guys have a shred of honor by resigning rather than engaging in sabotage.

MEMO to "The Slimes:"
The battlefield reality favors the Russians. And it isn't going to get more Ukrainian-friendly short of a U.S,-led escalation that would risk nuclear escalation.
I made a Mission: Impossible comparison in regard to 2016.
The Democrat narrative is that the DNC e-mail leaks to WikiLeaks were the result of Russian hacking. Note that no one claimed that the leaked content was fake.
So, am I to believe that Russian intelligence sabotaged Hilary Clinton by letting the awful truth go public? Isn't that like the IMF exposing a bad guy?
This should be a No Brainer at 9-0 in favor of Trump.
However, I predict something less than unanimous. More like 6-3 in favor of Trump. Democrats are emboldened and have no fear of any repercussions from the people.
I predict 8-1. KJB will be the holdout. Failing to rule for Trump will opening the Gates of Hell.
