Frankly, MACVSOG was issued CAR 15’s, in Vietnam for USSF 10 Recon Team and asst. team leaders I also got new M16’s for my Montagnards plus our other INDIG and our USSF and INDIG types carried whatever weapon fit their role the best based on their
mission. Most of my SF NCO’s were the best.

TY. I despise Kerry. A good SF pal of mine was CO of the SF IV Corps Mike Force Airboat company. He took Kerry on OPS many times. I was not there as I was at CCS, MACVSOG. We had much things to do.
You are right. Frankly, I was never any Bush or Cheney fan. Bush junior started a war all about 5-6 Iraqi’s and 1 Kuwait type who had plotted to kill his old man. That was over and Bush Jr. got us into a much larger war and many deaths. Younger Bush was AWOL for his AF ROTC reporting dates/training.
Cheney’s father received 5 deferments during RVN. He never served one day. Even Kerry one of these pukes saw combat. No I do like either one. I think about a friend named “Maddog.”

All Army and other service officers know to leave women alone in a bar or any other public place. Having a lady over to your place is fine. I was an Army officer for over 8 years.
