Let me refresh you.....look up a couple of posts, then read it. I didn't mean to sound so rude, but your comment came off a little harsh, seeing how I have never seen any of your post on this issue. But seeing as how Tiger Eye wants to argue over something so stupid and not knowing any facts and then you jump in with your comment, I get a little hot tempered. Just read back and you will see that, what Tiger Eye has posted is nothing more than rubbish from Mr. Mullinax, whom of which has not came to his defense since Ms. Mae passed, and just to let you know, he never showed up to the funeral or visitation after getting all this stirred up.

Sorry I am not a regular until this matter came up.....I haven't taken the time to learn how to work the fonting on this site....really don't have the time. If you people would actually read the entire thing slow enough to comprehend, you would see.Normally when you start a new paragraph in English...that usually means that it is on a different subject. I don't care what faults you all try to find in my writings, you two are the only ones trying to degrade people. Usually that means people have low self esteem and people who usually don't fall into that category, fall under the category of .....I try to point out other peoples faults to hide my own. That is more likely in this case. Gosh Tiger Eye...you couldn't find that in any of your books.....LOLOLOLOLOL. You all crack me up with your direct "degrading" remarks!!!! As a matter of fact, when I read this from work....I called to let them know and they gave thanks for the support.....BTW, the family will be posting another public statement. They asked if I could post it up when they complete it. Like I said...I get a kick out of how mad it makes you guys, can you as an adult not take criticism or feedback? You have posted nothing and identified yourself as no one, as far as this forum is concerned, that makes any credible refutation of what Ken Mullinax has reported. He is backed by Mae's sister and brother as well.

My name is Kristen.....not Beth. I was born 12-25-1981 and I attend LC. I am about 13-14 years younger than Ms. Gaddy. However in middle school, she was my social studies teacher. I have nothing to hide, I told you who I am, admit who you are.

Well I think most here agree with me.....it seems logical. He hasn't posted under his name and you are the only one defending him, he hasn't made an attempt to clear his own name personally. You are just too smart for us....LOL!!!!

Ken Mullinax FAILED to tell you all that his mother (Mae Magourik's sister) shared ownership in some rental properties with Mae and that he and his mother had not been sending Mae her share of the money made off these properties for a long time! Poor Mae and called and asked for her share of the money and they never would send it! It is many peoples' opinion that Ken and his mother wanted Mae kept alive for the very reason that they knew if she died, they would have to buy out her share of these properties,and they didn't want to have to shell out the money!!!

I have no idea who RGSinich is....but just because we share the same opinion...is that wrong, who don't seem to think people who share your opinion are wrong....seems you and Ken have a conspiracy going on....quit being childish. If you can't take feedback then don't lash out, KEN!!!! I think Tigerseye is Ken....he certainly hasn't posted anything since Ms. Mae past and Tigerseye is the only one on his side...that is not too embarrassed to post anyway, since his actual motives have come out.

Sorry...also meant to tell everyone that UAB and Emory are the leading hospitals in the southeast for heart problems. Both of my grandparents were flown in. West Georgia Medical Center is noted for their Cancer Clinic.

Mullinax made that up......she was in such bad shape that taking an ambulance was too long....she was not dehydrated at our hospital, she just refused to eat. She also chose to take her feeding tube out. Her living will was twisted around, she never requested to be put on one.

Has anyone seen a posting from Mr. Mullinax?

If you would slow down and actually read....I copied and pasted this from another website. Try search.com and typing in Magouirk...you will find it there. No Tiger Eye I didn't wright the statement and no I am not a family member, I am a friend of the family. If you weren't so ignorant to sit around all day and post left and right, using words you might otherwise not even know the definition to, maybe you could comprehend the posting. Put your dictionary down go back and slowly read the posting. I believe you might be a friend of Mr. Mullinax....hhhmmmmm. Well just to let you and all of the Mullinax supporters know, he nor his mother attended neither the funeral or the visitation, I went to both. He now is trying to cover his motivation for stirring up all of this mess with people it doesn't even concern, but to get the story straight I will number it out for you....

1. Mae was further down hill, as terminal as she could be.

2. Mae was put in Hospice, because she was terminal, she would not voluntarily eat, and she wished not to go to a nursing home.

3. The Doctors at UAB, scratched their heads trying to figure out why, Mr. Mullinax, insisted on treatment there, there was nothing they could do.

4. Mae was never in the state that Mr. Mullinax proclaimed here to be in.

5. When she came back home, they put her in a nursing home, to shut up a bunch of whiners like Ken, although, if you have never been to a nursing home you wouldn't understand why they chose to put her in hospice in the first place.

6.Mae took her feeding tube out and demanded it NOT TO BE PUT BACK IN.

Tiger Eye, did you understand that???? I think it is just idiotic that you can spell these huge words and use them semi correctly, but you can't comprehend simple sentences. I vowed I wouldn't come back her after my last posting, but I just wanted to see if Mr. Mullinax would wind up telling the truth.

And BTW.....when you read the statement that was copied and pasted in my original posting.....that gives you Ken's motive and his mothers, for trying to keep Mae alive. He is the one who is evil. And your WDN source....that is Mr. Mullinax blowing hot air and twisting things to try to make Ms. Gaddy sound like an awful, hateful, and manipulative person, when he was the one with ulterior motives. If there was anything left...they wanted it to pay off their half of the rental property, so essentially, they had been stealing money well before Mae became ill. I hope they bring slander charges against them all, with the proof of them not paying Mae.....that is enough said.

I tried to post some common sense when all of this began....some will probabley remember me. Anyway, I am not a family member, but a resident of LaGrange and an family friend. Ms. Gaddy and her familydid not jump to post like Mr. Mullinax did, but here is the proof Mr. Mullinax had his motives to save Mae...please read statement produced by Ms. Gaddy's Family.

I would just like to say that I am a member of Beth Gaddy's family. For those of you who have posted these articles about her on this website, it would have helped if you had the WHOLE stry and truth about this situation! Maybe you "reporters" should have done a lot more research before opening your big mouths. I think you should have gotten the WHOLE story! One more thing, I also noticed that it was not posted that when Mae was brought to the nursing home where she spent her final days, SHE pulled her feeding tube out herself and said that it was NOT to be put back in! So, what do you all have to say to that???

They felt no need to try to rally up alot of people when this should have been a family matter in the first place. I am not here to say you have to believe me or any of my previous post, but please try to see both sides of this story. Ms. Mae was terminally ill. She had requested not to be put in a nursing home and was put in hospice because it has the medical personel on hand and it is much nicer than a nursing home. Contrary to what Mr. Mullinax has posted, Ms. Mae had refused food. Ms. Gaddy could only get her to eat a little JELLO a little at a time. This situation was no where near comprable to Terri S. Beth Gaddy is a good hearted person who was turned into a monster by lemons of Mr. Mullinax. He and his family will be exposed for who they are and hopefully THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE, TOTAL HUMILIATION. Ms. Gaddy had no further motive other than providing the best care possible. And BTW...Mr. Mullinax, I hope that since this has been brought to light, that this is taken to court and I hope that they can sue you for slander. If you are such a nice person you would have never put the family through such hell by posting all of their personal info, just for any nut case to get a hold of, I guess that just shows how bright of a person you are, not realizing the dangers of the world today.

This will be the last post I will make....you are going to take what you want and make it what you want. You people just thrive for controversy. Let's see if Mae will stay with the Mullinex's after this is said and done, and since you love calling people all the time, call Mae since she is talking and ask her about her grand daughter and let her read the post.....she will greatly appreciate the support of her family. If you can't read and comprehend what I have been emphasizing, then I am not going to waste my time, this is the most stupid, idiotic bunch of morons I have ever tried to explain anything to. I know you all could care less about what I have to say, but Pat, Ms. Gaddy's mother did not have her house bought for her. As a matter of fact, Pat raised her three children by herself, because the father wasn't around. Ms. Magouirk and Pat are very close and have been since she married Ms. Magouirks' son well over 30+ years ago. Pat worked 2 jobs practically all of her life and now she is over 60 herself and still working full time. Pat has been very worried about her daughters own health, due to the stress. To set the record straight:

Pat was married to Mae's son, they had three children. One being Beth and a set of twins.

Please make sure that if you post something in a nature like this that you have information that is deemed reliable. Once again, before anyone jumps my case, I just wanted people to know that yes, even Beth's mom has been friends with Mae and taken care of her along with her children, because Mae is like a mother to her. I was really hoping SOME PEOPLE wouldn't try to bring in the
entire family into this, but I guess the childish part did. So just for future reference when you are dogging out Ms. Gaddy and her family, yes they had four people plus spouses, caring for her to keep her in the place where she wanted to be rather than living with them, so she could live at home.

I am not out to start a war...I just wish more people could realize that Mr. Mullinex is in this for money and attention.....

First off, no I am not Ms. Gaddy, I have just lived here my entire life and happen to know her and her family along with Ms. Magouirk.

Secondly Mr. Mullinex, I know you....I have met you before, several times as a young child. I was a little angry at how have lashed out at Ms. Magouirks' family, knowingly you nor your family have actually spent more than 5 hours a year over the past 10 years. How do I know this or how do I know who you are??? Good question, I lived on the same street as Ms. Magouirk for a long time up until fairly recently. No relation, just speaking of the sweet old lady next door, who seems to be a grandmother figure to anyone. Ms. Mae is the type of old lady that calls out to the kids playing outside asking if they are thirsty, want any cookies, etc..., nicest old lady ever.

Thirdly Mr. Mullinex....you know Ms. Mae has money, not much, but you see dollar signs, don't try to justify this any other way. Where have you been up until all this happened???? I never saw you!!!!

Ms. gaddy and her family go to Ms. Magouirks' house everyday, you don't. They put her in the hospice, because she could get medical care with the surrounding of a home, not a hospital, which is cold and dreary, they were not intentionally starving her, she was refusing to eat, how can you force someone to do something they are not willing to do??? That is like me pushing you off a bridge that you don't want to fall off of. I am sure you are not footing the bill for any of it, so don't try to act as if you are. I am sure with Ms. Gaddy's decision any bills incurred she will pay....they never asked for your help before why would they need you now? I just seem to think it being ironic that you come bringing in the bandwagon right after all of the controversy circling Terri Schiavo. I am not going to argue with you over this, but don't threaten me because you are the one pushing slander around about Ms. Gaddy, I could be the first to testify about that. I know who went in and who went out of that house. I spoke with Ms. Magouirk before and I never heard mention of your name other than the few times you visited when I was young. Stop while you are ahead. I am not even kin to Ms. Magouirk, but I could only imagine the shame she would have for you at the moment. Please excuse my grammatical errors earlier, I apologize.

BTW they hired a maid for Ms. Magouirk, because, Ms. Magouirk would not leave her home to live with her grand children. She wanted to stay in her home, so to help her when they couldn't be there, they did hire a maid, something over half of America has the privilege of having. Hey why don't the freepers ask the maid who has been taking care of Ms. Magouirk and how many times the maid has met Mr. Mullinex or any of his family who have been lashing out at Ms. Gaddy and her family? Ms. Gaddy does have a family and a career. I know probably not a single person cares at what I have to say or the facts as I have seen them, not read them, but she is really a good person who loves Ms. Mae, so I guess to finish up, yeh she hired a maid because she can't afford to quit work to watch her grandmother 24/7. Or sit on a computer all day making remarks or lies about people all day.
Let me guess Mr. Mullinex, are you paying for all of the housekeeping too? You make it sound alot worse than what it is, not to say this is a good situation by a long long shot, but the fact remains, when her husband died, she lived for her grand kids, but now I think she is ready to go home. SOMETHING SHE HAS MENTIONED TO HER FAMILY IN THE PAST, SHE MISSES HER HUSBAND DEARLY. I am sorry Mr. Mullinex, I am not trying to pry into family affairs, but I just can't see how hateful you can be to someone, of which I have observed to be nothing more than a caring loving family member. I would like to know where you get your info from where you live, because you certainly haven't been down her helping Ms. Gaddy and the rest of her family take care of Ms. Mae.

Whether the fact is relevant or not remains to be seen, but apparently Ms. Gaddy is also the sole beneficiary of Mae's will.
And there you have the motive. This is why Ms. Gaddy wants to kill her grandmother.
