the supreme court can be ignored by the president when it violates the constitution by its rulings so trump can enfotce his order even if the court rules against him

the constitution does not give the 5 judges supreme law of the land and the court does not have a police force

this judge ought to be disobeyed by trump to finally put an end to the dictatorship of the judiciary

what if the 5 judges ruled that it is against the constitution to progibit any immigrant from coming here?

Trump needs to find folks in their home states who will work against them in regard to their reelection AND find out what bills they are trying to get passed for their states and then have someone contact them about whether they want those bills passed or shot down.

Perhaps the couple who was forced to pay a fine for not baking a cake for two women pretending they were getting married should have argued the case this way: we believe marriage is between a man and woman and not between two women - if they want us to bake a cake to celebrate their loving friendship we would be happy to do that for them - then the court would have had to say NO you have to consider it a wedding cake - get it? In other words bake the cake for them but tell them ‘we do not consider it a wedding cake’ but a dear friendship cake - and then if the two women objected and insisted that the cake company MUST call it a wedding cake - the issue would have been much clearer and the courts would have had to actually state that the company baking the cake MUST use certain speech in reference to cakes they bake !!!

Obama is not “black” or African-American. Like most Americans he is a mixture of ethnic blood. If Obama was smart he would emphasize his mixture and encourage all of us to see America as a melting pot where we mix our diversity into a cauldron that produces the strong metal of America, a metal that is stronger than all separated ethnic cultural allegiances, a metal that merges us into a united nation, a nation that is e plurabus unum, not a nation that is divided by so called race or ethnicity. So if Rubio believes that there is a god and this god used death and survival of the fittest over 7 epochs of millions of years to get humans into existence then who wants to worship this kind of deity? If Rubio was politically and theologically SMART he would have said this - that if evolutionist think there is a god and this god brought us into existence by trial and error or by mutating and then killing off the less fit - then this is not the kind of god I want to believe in nor do I. That would be a very slick political answer to the question of whether he believes in evolution and a good theological shifting of the ground to point out how ridiculous it is to worship that kind of deity. If I believed there was such a trial and error survival of the fittest type of god, I would join forces with those who want to murder this monster if we could find him.

Yvonne Haddad, a professor at the Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University has agreed with the above Imam and added (to New York Newsday): "There is absolutely nothing in Islam that justifies cutting off a person's head.” You go ask any Imam or mullah in the US, you will come up with the same lies again and again. Obviously, had it not been the sacred custom of ancient Islam, beheading would be quite unnecessary method to kill enemies by those Islamic terrorists in Iraq. Those Islamic terrorists could easily kill their infidel enemies (such as Daniel Pearl, Nich berg, Kim Sun II, Paul Johnson etc.) by a simple bullet. But those militants actually wanted to give an Islamic veneer to the infidel slayings —because killing by beheading is considered most brutal and utterly degrading, and only western infidels deserve this type of brutal killing. In fact they only tried to follow the footsteps Prophet Muhammad and devoutly followed the Allah’s order in the Qur’an. Holy Quran is replete with the harsh verses which directly order Muslims to behead Kaffirs/infidels. Let me cite some sample of those verses below:

9:123: “Oh ye who believe! Murder those of the disbelievers and let them find harshness in you.”

2:191- “Kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from wherever they drove you out.”

5: 45-- “We ordained therein for them: “Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear. Toth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal.”

2:193- “Fight them on until there is no more tumult and religion becomes that of Allah”

9:29- "Fight those who do not believe in God and the last day... and fight People of the Book, (Christian and Jews) who do not accept the religion of truth (Islam) until they pay tribute (Zizziya tax) by hand, being inferior.”

8:17—It is not ye who Slew them; it is God; when thou threwest a handful of dust, it was not Thy act, but God’s…..” (Allah is a real merciful indeed!)

How can Islamic Mullahs blatantly hide these authentic Quarnic verses? The above Qur’anic scriptures incited early Muslim Jihadis to behead thousands of non-Muslims and other infidels. These same Quranic verses may still inciting devout/fanatical Muslims of modern days. During the early period of Islam, especially during Islamic expeditions by Prophet Muhammad himself while he was in Medina, thousands of infidels were brutally beheaded by the Jihadis. Below is a case in point collected from the authentic Islamic history to use as an example of Islamic beheading.

Mohammed wrote the best book ever for encouraging young men to die for a sexual god - I mean read the damnable book - read it and you too will want to burn it. It is full of horrific admonitions to behead and kill those who offend this sexual god allah. Young men are titillated to think that killing enemies of this false god will get them all kinds of sexual pleasures. It is obvious that Gov Blog said he talked to an Obama man about the deal and called Obama a FXXx name because Obama wouldn’t give him anything but appreciation for appointing Obama’s choice. Well some are saying that shows Obama was not willing to offer a bribe - but the question is - why didn’t Obama report this attempted effort to get money out of him to the FBI? That is why he has to insist none of his people talked to Blog - so Blog is just making it up when he talks this way?? I think you are right it will come out that one of Obama’s people did talk to Blog and then when he ‘learns of it’ he will say that person was not authorized - denying knowledge of it all - so the only way to pin this slippery eel down is to get the person who did talk to Blog to squeal - watch for that person to disappear.

Please note that I did not say that the info was from 2008 just that I am posting it in 2008 and also have tried to cite this as just one documented example of how this kind of fraud is perpetrated. I could cite a thousand websites where this kind of fraud is documented going back many years. The system is like it is because Democrats use it as a part of their strategy - I mean the idea is that so many poor people, especially blacks, were not permitted to vote years ago so now it is time to let them vote more than once.

A national voter registration list is needed. When a person registers from a particular address and must give SS number then this database would be available online to the judges when someone comes into register. Couple this system with photo IDS and you would eliminate 98% of the fraud.

Here are the ways you can vote more than once and become a felon who might get prosecuted: 1. as a student vote absentee in your home state and register in the state where you are going to school and vote there - there apparently is no national database for election officials to check if you have voted in a different state 2. go to different precincts in your own state and register under your own name but present some fake address ID such as a doctored up phone bill scanned into the computer with a different address on it - you can vote in each precinct and the judges do not have a list of those who have voted in other precincts 3. before the election establish an address with a friend on a campus in a different state - just have one bill you pay with that as the address and take that with you to register and most of the time you get to vote in that precinct 4. there are 15 other ways to get to vote more than once and the odds of you getting caught because of the way the system is designed by those who want you to be able to cheat for their candidate are near zero

How to fix this system: 1. establish a national online database of those who have registered along with scanned copies of the ID they have presented and provides this to the judges at all polling places so they can check voters against the national database 2. students may NOT register in the precinct they are living in during school but must vote only absentee and in the state where they have a legal address and have a system setup to establish that the person has only one legal address they are using 3. Use state photo ids - make them free - when you go to register your photo is taken, your ss# is taken and these go into a national database put online for the judges

attempts to kill political figures always backfire unless the attempt succeeds because of the sympathy vote, that is, those who feel outrage at the attempt that fails - so Obama will get a few votes out of this - not that many but if it is close it will help him - if he had been killed imagine the scenario - Biden would NOT be at the top of the ticket - the DEMS would pick Hillary to top it - the riots in the cities would be immense and the Republicans would lose big time in both house and Senate - if an attempt would succeed after the inauguration then Biden would be the President and he would appoint Hillary as his VP - and we would be no better off - so those who think killing someone is going to solve this nations political problems is just plain stupid
