I’m in the SC upstate - been here 15 years and love it. Most conservative part of the state. Get 4 seasons here and you’re under 2 hours to Charlotte and under two hours to Atlanta. But be warned, a lot of people moving in here from up north and bringing their lunacy with them. Greenville is trending purple and will be blue sooner rather than later. Personally I’m looking for land somewhere in Texas....just in case their secession efforts pan out anytime soon!
